The twin room was small so some constraints to place the luggage. The bed is comfortable and the amenities provided are generous.

Conveniently located within 5mins walk fr station on the road surface. No need to go underground. Easy when with luggages.
Room is compact. Flatter big luggage can be stowed under the bed. Too thick luggage cannot.

Good hotel, easy check in and ability to store luggage before and after check in and check out. Room was quite small, but probably of the standard Japanese size. Only thing that could have been improved was they could have turned the air conditioning on in the room before we arrived (in 34 degree heat…)!

This is an excellent easy-on-the- budget hotel. It’s a 30-minute walk or ten-minute taxi ride from peace Memorial Park. There are a number of excellent restaurants in the area. It’s literally a 5-minute walk to the train station. The staff is very helpful. My single room was small but clean, neat and had all I needed. I slept well. Very happy with my stay.

Hotel was super close to the train station. We had an adjoining room for our teenage children which was great - and meant two bathrooms to use - helped speed up time to get ready for the day. We arrived before check in and were able to drop our luggage and explore for the day.

Great location, check in is through a machine, our first time. We had the same in our hotel in kyoto as well. I guess it is a common practice.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the 2 connecting rooms. Our teens had their own room and beds which they loved! Very small but comfortable and lots of free amenities including “room clothes”. Excellent location just minutes from the train station. A/C worked great in the heat! Comfortable bed and pillows too.

Room was small but that is typical of hotels in Japan. For one person it was fine. Breakfast buffet was excellent with wide choice of tasty Japanese food. Location very convenient just a few minutes walk from Hiroshima station. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

We stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn for two nights and the rooms we we had was smaller than expected but the bed and pillows were good and comfortable. They provided dryers for shoes which we needed since it rained. They provided bath salt, body soap, hair shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was included in our rates and the food was passable. The hotel as clean, staff were all nice and helpful and service was great. It’s also very close to trains and buses including lots of good places to eat.

The hotel is located within a two minute walk to Hiroshima Station which made it very easy for me to catch an early morning Shinkansen train. Many eating options exist around the property.

Tiny room and bathroom. Staff not as helpful as the same hotel chain in Kyoto where they were fabulous. But it’s very close to the station and has all the bare necessities.

This hotel is located conveniently close to Hiroshima Station and, like many business hotels in Japan, it is clean and comfortable while being far less expensive than the worst roach motel one could find in the US. The check-in and check-out processes are both easy and convenient, there are nearby restaurants and transportation, and there is even a 24/7 Lawson in the same building. This hotel would be an excellent option for someone going on a solo trip.

Great modern amenities. Controls for lighting near the bed were very useful as well as multiple USB and electric outlets for charging devices. Their purified water system offered delicious clean water straight out of the tap.
