Very nice room in central Pisa.

Location of La lu Cozy was excellent for all the attractions, however, the road system in the vaccinity was appalling. If you hired a car it was impossible to find a close location to drop off your luggage as parking was impossible.The room was a lot smaller than it looks on the website and there was little room to put your clothes. The bathroom was very small and if you were on the large size showering would likely prove to be difficult. The host Louise was very helpful and was happy to help with any enquiries although it was frustrating when you couldn't speak to anyone on the phone when a problem arose. All responses were made by email or messaging.....which was stressful when you need an answer right away. The bed was extremely comfortable and the little extras were very much appreciated. Overall the stay was satisfactory but not what was expected.

Really nice B&B in the heart of Pisa. I would definitely recommend this place. We got some recommendations in WhatsApp from the place and we tried restaurant Alle Bandierine - amazing food and atmosphere! We only had one night there, but would love to stay there again. We were leaving early in the morning and we got the place to book a taxi for us, which worked great.

Stayed one night. Great location near the leaning tower and great value for money. Smooth self-check-in, clean room, comfy bed, modern decor (but mostly Ikea furniture). Free drinking water provided in the corridor outside the room. Fridge had complimentary softdrinks. The AC worked nicely.

Great location and adorable room. Even though it was a virtual front desk they were very helpful when I struggled with the keybox. Perfect for our one night in Pisa

We had such a lovely time away in Pisa, this is a great place to stay and the location was good too. Things to note that it's a self check in. You have to let them know yoru arrival time 24 hours before. On departure you need to leave some money for city tax (i forgot and had to transfer it after leaving). They owners are contactable on whatsapp but it took over 24 hours to get a response

Apartment had everything we needed, clean and central location and everything was explained perfectly, lovely stay would highly recommend 👏☺️

Luisa is a wonderful host, allowed us to leave our cases before check in which was very much appreciated. 2 complementary drinks in fridge tea/coffee on communal hallway along with a water filter. Room spotless. Cleaners so nice very helpful rooms lovely complimentary toiletries. Quiet. Beds very comfortable great location only short walk to leaning tower of pisa. Would recommend and if we travel to pisa again we would stay. Thank you so much Luisa

Room was comfortable and clean in a great location. Luisa was approachable and helpful. Very convenient location and easy access to the main attractions and transport links. Breakfast was of good quality but a hot drink, juice and pastry is not really sufficient. However i would certainly recommend this as a base for your stay in Pisa.

Excellent location, clean rooms and bathroom, comfortable bed, beautiful corner room, friendly host and quick communication, room as pictured, overall very happy! Things to note for travelers: This really is not a hotel- There is no reception and everything is done via text/WhatsApp. Having service and these apps are a must for communication, though communication with the host was instant. No elevator, but rooms are only 1 floor above. Storing luggage is a trust system since there is no staff and it's stored in a closet within the locked shared rooms - we had no issues. Breakfast is around the corner at a cafe with a free coffee, juice, and pastry provided.

Very easy check in and communication with the person who oversees the space. Excellent suggestions for restaurants (osteria dei cavalieri). I will def be staying here again in the future.

The property is nice managed by Luisa.The room is equipped with all the required amenities and in case someone needs more input she is always ready t answer you over the phone. I would definitely recommend people for staying here.

It was an amazing Stay and the Owner is very friendly, i liked that it was very flexible for family stay with a disabled person and the extension of our stay. The Rooms are very beautiful and the Service is great!

I booked this hotel at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The location is phenomenal; you won't find a better place. It's in the middle of everything, within walking distance of the train, highly recommended shops and restaurants, and a 7-minute walk to the tower. The host was easy to contact, and the check-in process was straightforward. The place felt genuinely safe, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The other guests were respectful, and there was no noise after 10:00 PM. This host offered tea and coffee, which was a cozy touch and much appreciated. The rooms are just as pictured and accurately represent the cozy, well-decorated rooms you will receive. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were the perfect firmness. Lastly, I gave this place four stars instead of five because of the housekeeping. The linens and towels were clean, and the place was tidy and smelled fresh; however, immediately, I noticed an open, half-consumed can of Coke Zero in the mini-fridge and an open bag of half-eaten crackers left on the table under the television, as well as a cork from a champagne bottle on the floor, which felt a bit unsanitary. In the bathroom, the cup on the sink left was quite dirty, having old tooth past scum all over and long black hairs. These are not faults of the room; they are just issues that require more attention and care.

Central Pisa, great location. Clean and lovely. No communication before I chased it so don’t forget to contact in advance, which I did but very quick responses the few hours before we flew out. Host was there to meet us and was very friendly and helpful, sent guides and discount codes via WhatsApp. Very useful. Lovely small breakfast across the road, pastry coffee and juice - plenty for breakfast. Great facilities of coffee machines, water, umbrellas (on our very wet first day) etc in the main lobby of b&b. In residential block but great soundproofing as we didn’t hear a sound, even though a protest was taking place round the corner both evenings, we didn’t know till we walked out the building. Lovely little balcony and fab bathroom. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

Super cozy

We had a wonderful stay. The room was perfect and very comfortable. Having breakfast at a local coffee shop is a great idea and gives a real feel for the buzz of Pisa life.

Great place to stay, very clean, nice design and close to shops and attractions. You can hear people in neighbouring rooms but it was all quiet at night.

The property was in a brilliant location, just a few minutes walk from the Tower. It was lovely and quiet and super clean. There were lovely touches, such as the toiletries and the coffee facilities. The breakfast is in a cafe around the corner, which is a basic breakfast of a pastry, coffee and juice, but further choices are available to pay for. The bathroom was a bit snug, but clean and lovely. The entry facilities were easy to follow and there were lots of helpful tips and advice for the area. The host was super helpful and responsive. All in all, a great place and we would stay there again.
