Hotel/ B&B. There isn't a place i've stayed during my travels where ive been more relaxed and refreshed after many hours in a lengthy and exausting flight.
I just love the " kitchenette " for a quiet night to prepare a simple meal without the crowds and the cost. Thank you so much.

Overall a very positive experience and enjoyed our 9-night stay. The after hour self check-in process was smooth, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The amenities were top-notch, offering everything you might need, and the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness across the board. The kitchen was well-equipped, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay, though I did notice that a pair of scissors was missing, which would have been handy.
The only minor downside was the inconsistency in the bed-making service. On the 13th and 14th, the bed was made perfectly, but on the 15th and 17th, the standard slipped a bit, which was a little disappointing.
Overall, I’d still recommend Quest for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay.

The hotel is new and stylish. We had a one bedroom and it is spacious with kitchen and laundry. View was great facing the Remarkables mountain range. The property is close to the airport and not far from Queenstown.

Really enjoyed our stay. Wished we stayed longer than 1 night. Deluxe studio came with a washer and dryer which is incredibly handy. My husband and I really loved this place. Would totally recommend and stay again.

Our room had a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. It was also relatively close to the airport and had a nice view of the nearby mountains. Parking was also easy when we were there.

Awesome hotel located only a few minutes from Queenstown airport. Walking distance from local restaurants, cafes and bars. The fastest check-in I have ever experienced also. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

As the property was quite new all the amenities were great. One drawback was that if you were out for the evening it was hard to find a parking spot when you came back. New restaurants and a grocery store were nearby which was nice. Downtown Queenstown is about a 15 minute drive.

This property is outstanding, very close to the airport but noise suppression is superb. Fantastic range of choice of free films in the room, far and away the best I've ever encountered. The cleanliness of the rooms has to be seen to be believed.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views were incredible (just don’t look down at the construction sites.) With the windows and doors shut you can’t hear a thing. The rooms were beautifully serviced every day….they even made sure we had enough milk each day. My only gripe would be the pillows. We had 6 pillows in our room and all were exactly the same (soft and flat). I’d love to see a little variety in what is offered as my poor neck was not happy.

The staff here was just the best!! They let me check in early and let me keep my bags overnight with them while i was on a doubtful sound cruise. Top notch service! And a fantastic room, to boot!

On our trip through New Zealand we stayed in various Quest hotels and were very impressed with the price/performance ratio. The Quest Hotel at Queenstown Airport is very new and the rooms are simply great. The room facilities are perfect. The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the hotel does not have its own airport shuttle. When we asked, we were not told about the public bus service to the airport, which stops directly behind the hotel. The public bus takes you directly to the airport in 10 minutes all day long.

As someone who has traveled several continents over 4 decades and stayed hundreds of times in all classes of hotels, this one takes the cake. The room was spacious and included fridge, range, Capuccino m/c, m/w and washer/dryer! Bathroom was spacious with a terrific shower. A patio with table and chairs was perfect for breakfast or dinner.

I arrived early and the staff were very helpful letting me drop off my big pack. They let me know as soon as my room was ready which was earlier than the checkin time. Love the room decor and the sunrise view the next morning from my room was lovely.
