This property has people living there full time, almost like a weekly/monthly rental apartment. The walls are paper thin, I listened for over 2 hours (1am-3am) a couple screaming and fighting with one another. It was absolutely awful (they were in room 305). No staff were there in the morning so I wasn’t able to talk to anyone. If you’re running it like a rental apt don’t have hotel guests there!

Could not sleep all nite, 94 expressway is very near & noisy all nite. Plus the bldg back door near to my room, with people coming & going, very loud. Instead of hardwood floors, they need carpet as a noise suppressor.

I received a call stating that they were over booked and in result, we were downgraded to a single room (queen bed), and was instructed to bring an air mattress-- all of this was the least of our worries. They provided sheets and blankets (reluctantly). Asking for a towel for the third guest, you know the one sleeping on the air mattress, it was like I asked for the front desk staff's spare kidney! Our room was facing the interstate and it felt like we were sleeping in the median.
Also, at all times of the day there were people out front, in the parking lot, lounging and smoking pot.... it was strange. Like it is legal and I am for it, but right next to the entrance?
All in all, it was a roof over our heads and there were no bugs. The AC worked well...but the entire place literally smelled like BEEF.

While the shower and bed linens appeared to be clean, the floor was very dirty and should have been mopped / deep cleaned. There were also people hanging outside of the hotel (some sitting in folding chairs) that did not appear to have rooms. We got the impression that these people may be engaging in illegal activities.

I was very disappointed when i got to my room, i worst hotel I've been to in a long time. 1st the bed is not attached to the wall. Never seen that before 2nd the floor was sticking. The 2 pillows we had were flat as ever bed very uncomfortable. Tv had no good picture. And the room had a werid smell. I was very disappointed

This hotel is like living in a apartment complex. EVERYONE that works at the front desk lives there. they ALL stand outside and smoke weed (seen with mt own eyes) one front desk lady is real rude and disrespectful! they are not friendly at all. beds are hard. washer & dryers work when they want to. no housekeeping unless you pay for it. the room is spacious and the small kitchen comes in handy. they offer coffee in the morning but that's all. there is a small gym but no pool or anything for kids to do. the hotel is nice from the outside but living there is another story. I give it a 3 out of 5.

we didn't get to stay there, we went to check in and the lady was outside smoking, took her time to get to the front desk to tell us that Expedia cancelled out reservation. I asked when and she said I was sent a email at 11 am, I received no such email, in fat the email I received was asking about my stay, not a cancellation.

Literally INFESTED with roaches. Not one or 2 but all over! I didn’t see them when I first checked in but I woke up to use the restroom and when I turned on the light they were literally everywhere!! Never ever coming to this hotel again! It should be shut down and fumigated!!!

Terrible staff . Terrible hotel . They have Charged my card and tooken out my money for a night I didn’t stay . Was told rooms were booked for the night (not available) and the hotel still took out what wasn’t there’s and I still haven’t received my money back !

By far, this was the single worst Hotel's experience I have had over a lot of years. The staff was not pleasant or helpful, the room was clean but sparse, the mattress uncomfortable and the toilet, was in need of flushing. I cannot recommend this place for anything but a makeover. Granted, everyone has a bad day once in a while, it was a nasty rainy evening, and a busy housekeeper might overlook one thing and I know how to flush but a tired traveler does not need such an experience.

My family and I stayed here for a week, when we got to the room we noticed they had only given us half a roll of toilet paper. We had to buy most of the necessities they were supposed to provide us with. We also asked new blankets because the ones they had were stained and they didn’t even give us that.

It's giving The Hills Have Eyes. This place completely gave me the creeps. Not so clean hallways, dogs everywhere one even pounced on my toddler, walls are paper thin, wifi is complete trash, people smoking, drinking, & partying right outside of the doors, and management was super strange. It's filled with a bunch of homeless people & they seemed to have formed a community w/ management included. Libertyville one is much better!

The way the hotel looks onlins vs how it looks in person is very different. It served its purpose for a 2 day stay but it wouldnt be a second stay for me while visiting Chicago.

We stayed for two nights. When we checked in, and out, the lady at the desk treated me as an inconvenience. She also required all adults to have an ID when checking in, not a huge deal, but never had this request before. When we got up to the room, The floor was sticky(if walked around with no shoes, the floors turned your socks black) the bathroom was dirty, one towel for 4 adults (we bring our own but still) and the walls around the shower deteriorating. The walls in the main bedroom were dirty, the beds/sheets had been made but were not washed before our stay. And there was a false eyelash extension on the nightstand. Will never stay in one of these hotels again.

Everything was great the only thing I would say be aware they do not give out extra towels. My family stayed there for a week and had to wash their own towels and at that point they just bought their own towels to use. Everything else was fine they just don’t offer housekeeping and towels for that extended stay.

We had an issue with our shower and it was fixed quickly. David the maintenance man was professional and friendly. Robert was always helpful and attentive to any needs we may have had. I enjoyed our stay.
