Rooms were spacious and clean. The view from the window was good and the hotel was very nice.

we currently in house under Garcia last Name. Either under my name or my mother's name We are regular guest since 2022 All the time our stay has been wonderful! However; this stay we have been quite disappointment. I called one day before asking if possible early check in since we are coming from abu dhabi wirh 2 small children the gentleman over the phone told me yes no problem at 1 pm that can be done complimentary. Once we arrived at 1 30 pm we waited for the room until 2 pm. The front office manager was not accommodating, giving me a lesson about the number of pax and denying any complimentary room upgrade since we are not gold or platinum Hilton member I told her we are platinum but from hotels.com account that's why we book under that account ans that always the front office staff have been wonderful giving us a comp upgrade. Anyways, it took half an hour to get the room. Then my kids love the cookies which is a signature amenity from doubletree and they told me I can collect them at night since it was fasting time. I came down at night and they told me nothing was there that maybe later I asked second time and they said they didn't order any cookies I think that's unacceptable since it should be always available for guests, this is the second disappointment. Third, I ask 3 times for comp bottles of water because we got just 2 and we are 4 pax and I needed to make bottles of milk for my children. The room attendant came arguing about that the comp bottles are just 2

Great location and the view is excellent. Room was nicely cleaned and sized for two people. I loved the balcony as well whic is not a common feature of most hotels. Wonderful breakfast and many choices to eat. The management team has a great customer service orientation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Sharjah. Definitely four stars and possibly 4.5 stars.

A very restful stay in the heart of Sharjah. The view of Sharjah waterfront from our room was breathtaking. The staff were very friend and helpful. Would certainly visit again.

The hotel is great and looks exactly like in the pictures. Excellent service and staff, quiet rooms, very clean, marina view, walking distance to all amenities, close to the Dubai airport, it was perfect for me, generally. Thank you for having such a lovely hotel!

the hotel was quite basic in terms of facilities and room equipment/furniture. also, the room was small compared to similar hotels in UAE and the region. customer care was quite slow and somehow odd. For example, I requested extra pillows (pillows were very thin and uncomfortable) when I arrived late evening but I had to make three calls to front desk (AND 45 minutes waiting) to get the pillows delivered to the room! another odd thing: I asked for a couple of table spoons to use, but I was told there'll be a charge for the spoons! fair enough they retracted from the charge when I expressed my disappointment and dismay! Apart form that, hotel location is very good and valet service was very good.

Clean Hotel. Friendly staff at front desk, housekeeping, valet, and restaurant. In and out a little difficult with a larger cars. Food at restaurant good.

Very clean, every thing is around the hotel. I asked a late checkout but they refused that.

All service was excellent from hygiene to kindness and food too. Definitely will stay here again and also recommend people i know of this hotel when they come to Sharjah.

We really like this hotel overall. It is so clean and the staffs are helpful and friendly. The front desk staff, Melody, was so helpful to connect us with the tour company. Akash was so enthusiastic to take care of our luggages on the days when we checked in and out of the hotel. We definitely will stay at this hotel again.

A great place to stay in Sharjah, close to shopping center and to the best parts of the city. The hotel is modern, clean, and have the friendliest of staff.

A great hotel if you are staying in Sharjah. Clean, quiet, excellent and friendly staff, great breakfasts, located near a walkable waterfront if temperatures allow. It’s possible to reach many areas by bus/ metro connections.

Good hotel overall but housekeeping needs improvement. They took a laundry bag with a few items and never returned it. I complained to the front desk 3 times but nothing was done about it. The hotel is comfortable, quiet and conveniently located.
