Great place

Loved the vibe! Breakfast needs variety, but location is so convenient (across metro). Only downside was that A/C wasn’t working :(

Its by a train station so you will always have homless, bit once inside its a very cool, safe place for young travelers.

Nice hostel, right beside Westbahnhof, so easy access to Ubahns, as well as trams and buses. IKEA is right downstairs so can always visit the IKEA restaurant for some food. Rooftop terrace was amazing, with views of Vienna. Bathroom was clean and modern, and beds were comfortable. Curtains were great (on bottom bunks only!). Only issue was the bed above me was very squeaky, so everytime the person shifts in bed you can hear. Also, the wash basins are separate to the toilets & a (but still in the room), which may be a little weird at first.

Great stay. Perfect for a lower budged stay over.

Very clean, staff friendly. Best vibes and professionalism ever! Although, laundry area only had two of each machines.

This was my first time staying in a hostel and I can say it was an amazing property. Staff are incredible and it is located right above Westbahnof subway station meaning you can get into city centre in less than 10 minutes. Extremely convenient and the walk into the city is also amazing along the street lined with shops. The beds are comfortable and clean and they are solidly built meaning no creaking in the middle of the night. The lockers are spacious and the washrooms are nice. The common areas are also very nice and the 7th floor roof top has incredible views.

Very definitely a young persons hostel, with a lovely roof terrace and all the basics you need. However, our room was not clean at all - hair in the shower, noticeable dust on surfaces, marks and stains on the wall. The beds were also not comfortable with plastic mattresses and paper thin pillows.

Disappointing. This place had a lot of potential but clearly prioritizes its bar and kitchen over its hostel guests. First night involved a bumping post-drag show viewing party that went to 1 a.m. The bass was high and could be felt through the walls of our room. Upon requesting staff to turn down the bass, we were told that it would be over soon. It continued. Upon asking again to the manager, she told us she couldn’t do anything about it because “we are a party hostel”. This was such a simple request to ask the DJ to adjust the bass, but her blank stare and refusal to make an effort was irritating. Staff stress that this wouldn’t happen again, but that was not entirely true. Following night: karaoke that went late (though not as loud. Night after that: a 7 year olds birthday party followed by an anniversary party that played loud music starting at 11pm This place makes no sense on what it’s trying to be. 6th floor common area is pretty sad. Heavily stained furniture, bent aluminum benches, and 0 tables on the last night as they were removed to host the anniversary party. I cannot recommend this place despite its convenient location and relatively new facilities. Management drove the low score here, but I’ll break it down below: Location: 5 Cleanliness (room): 4 Cleanliness (common area): 3 Staff: 3 Management: 0 Facilities: 3 If you do stay here DO NOT stay in 533 or 512. You will hear every activity going on in the common area and will receive zero effort to resolve.

Shared rooms can get a little noisy during the night, but with this price and cleanness you cannot find any better deal. I will definitely go back

I liked facilities in the hostel, especially karaoke on Wednesdays.I didn't like that there was no gas stove in the hostel for cooking,as almost all hostels have it.Also I didn't like that the hostel don't provide the towel upon arrival.

This hostel is super cute! They have great activities (don’t miss karaoke night on Wednesdays!! They even give out free shots haha) and it’s a great location, right next to the airport shuttle. The staff are friendly and there are really cute places to sit around and chat in the common spaces. I was in a 10 bed mixed and each bed had a curtain on both sides which was excellent. Cons are that the bathrooms didn’t have a towel hanger and the toilet and shower are in the same room… so one bathroom was constantly flooded. Also, the sinks were outside but there wasn’t a separate light for them so it was very disruptive at night. The drawers to store luggage were also smaller and are the exact dimensions that the budget airlines put for carry-on bags lol.

The hostel is very nice, located next to the train station and metro station, 20 minutes on foot from the city center. The rooms are clean, very wide and comfortable. Matteo, the receptionist at the front desk, was very helpfull. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone who wants to enjoy Wien.

Such great amenities and events with a friendly and helpful staff! The best part was that event when there was a party with a DJ going on we couldn't hear anything in our room to rest up early for the next day. I would absolutely stay again for my next trip to Vienna.

Amazing place to stay above Ikea, beside Central Train station and shopping mall, very close to shopping streets. I feel young again staying here. It's very clean, modern, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Free luggage storage.

Very well-organised hostel, although its location in a shopping centre was a little difficult to find at first. Not all international travellers have working internet on their phones, so visual signage could be better. My dorm was particularly dark, with the curtains closed for most of the day and all night. The dorm lights were not obvious, and the individual bunks had no personal or safety lights. This means that if you plan to leave early in the morning, you have to search around to pack your things by the light of your mobile phone. It is easy to leave things behind. On one occasion, I got up to go to the toilet at night. The dorm was so dark that I couldn't find my way back to my bunk. As it was a mixed dorm, I was reluctant to spend time trying to find it, as I didn't want to have any misunderstandings. I spent the rest of the night in a rest/play area where there were soft benches for people to relax. However, the breakfasts were excellent, and there were many social events on during my time there, including a lively karaoke evening. I will be back, but I will bring a torch!

Was in a10 person room. Lockers were perfect with more than enough room. Location was kind of odd being on top of an ikea but in a cool way. Staff was awesome, kitchen was nice, only problem was the washing/drying machines were terrible, definitely go to laundromat because everybody’s clothes started damp or even soaked

This place is not suitable for quite nights. There are many young people 15-20 that are very loud during night and day. There’s a bar and a mini night club that won’t make you sleep until 1:15am. You’ll hear teenagers screaming and laughing at night door slamming none stop. I’m glad I only had one night stay. I didn’t get enough sleep from the noise. I had a bad receptionist who gave me a room too close to the rooftop nightclub with music jamming none stop. Again, DO NOT book this place if you’re not 15-20 because it’s a young teenage hostel and will disappoint you like it did for me. Unless you’re there for clubbing and drinking and sleeping for five hours is enough for you.

Modern design, roof top terrace is a unique and awesome feature, you could see the whole city. Staff were really helpful and polite. Located in such a great location. The bathroom sink was so small you couldn't fit many things on it and having some hand towels would have been a great amenity to have.
