Excellent stay. This hotel is very clean and nice. The service is great! Really good breakfast bar. The location is perfect walking distance to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena.

All in all good stay. Stuff was nice, elevators are slow. Pull out bed stained & not comfortable. Beds weren’t bad & view was excellent. Valet is the only option & at $65 is expensive! I would stay again. Very close to everything.

I would happily chose to stay here again. It was close to wonderful restaurants and shops and all the attractions like Music Row, Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, Opryland was a short 15min drive. The staff was professional and polite. Free breakfast everyday during your stay and there is a happy hour from 5pm -10pm, you get one complimentary drink, wine, cocktail, beer. There is a Citizens coffee shop, Handcut Chophouse and the Outlook restaurant. I read a few reviews complaining about it being only valet parking and getting charged $65 for each night. If you ever visited Nashville you will have to pay for parking almost everywhere you go. It ranges from $4 to $8 an hr.

Love this hotel's central location to both Broadway and The Gulch. Our second stay here in a year. All easily walkable. Free Happy Hour every night and amazing buffet breakfast each morning (omelet, waffle stations, lots of meats, fruit, pastries, etc).
Rooms are all very nice. Some issues with electrical in sine outlets and Direct TV is fritzy. Small issues but needs some work.
Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Dining staff great. Really everyone is super nice.
Housekeeping takes place every day but wasn't thorough this stay on the 22nd floor. Coffee station not replenished, glasses not replaced, bathroom sundries not replaced.
But you can't beat the views at almost every floor and the location is perfect.
You really can't go wrong.

The front desk staff is not the nicest in my opinion. We checked in and waited over an hour an a half, meanwhile all the other guests were getting checked right in. We asked a few times during the wait and got the same response your room is not ready yet (standard room). At the end we over again asked for our room and the staff says oh we just sent a text it was ready 2 minutes ago we never received a text.
The rest of the staff not the front desk was excellent it was a night and day difference not sure where the breakdown in hospitality training is there but that’s my experience.

Front Desk was able to accommodate my last minute request to change rooms from a king bed to two Queen beds. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Room had two vanities with mirrors- which made getting 3 girls ready much easier.
When we had questions the front Desk was very helpful. Breakfast and Happy Hour was very good. As Tourists, Location was great!
We were able to walk to most attractions.
I would highly recommend.

Great property, great location to all the fun on Broadway in downtown Nashville! room was very comfortable! Although room was clean, housekeeping was very late one day, and the next day they never made it back to our room after asking crew to return in 30 minutes…

The hotel is nice, the breakfast and evening appetizer is also very bice. But... for the price.... i would not expect to have to pay$65 additional per night parking. The indoor pool is up by the bar... felt awkward to swim while people are around u drinking and eating so did not use and is a 30 story hotel so expect to apend time waiting or having them full by time they get to you.

Very dirty. Our room had condom wrappers in the sofa bed. When I asked them to clean it the guy literally came up with a bottle of Lysol. Pathetic.

The hotel itself was fine, beds comfortable, room nice, view great. Hand Cut Chop House had exceptional food and service. The front desk staff needs a lot of work. We were kept waiting for a room that was supposed to be ready at 4:00pm, until after 6:00pm because it just needed to be released by the housekeeping manager, but it was clean already, and they had no other rooms available. After the two hours they said it was actually a plumbing problem, not the other BS stories they were telling us, so they gave us another available room. Which they could have just done from the beginning, instead we sat for 2 hours and watched 40 people get rooms with no issues.

Room was not service daily (we were there 6 nights, serviced twice.) Front staff not very friendly. Happy Hour was a joke - lots of people and 2 pouring drinks smand at one point our server took over 10 minutes away from her area to pour 10 bottles of whiskey into something (?) Some mixer? At times, ekevators took over 5 minutes to arrive.

The valet smoked in my vehicle, which has never been smoked in before. There is no actual in room dining. It is in order process from the steakhouse attached to the hotel. No plates, no silverware, overpriced, and overcooked.
