The location of this hotel is perfect if you don't want to be in the the center of Vienna, but still want quick accessibility through the metro (which is easy to navigate to the city center (for tourist activities). This hotel is wonderful. It is modern, well furnished and the air conditioning was perfect (during a very hot week). Service is very efficient, and I appreciated how they answered my questions. The bar in the lobby is quite nice, and serves food.

Great location with a metro stop literally across the street. Very nice hotel with great staff. Only issue (personal only) is the ac only goes down to 18C. I am a hot sleeper so the control of that would be nice but definitely not a deal breaker.

The hotel is situated near an underground station and bus stops. It is extremely easy to get around. The hotel bar is always busy. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Vienna is hot but the air con is not switched on to very high settings. You will still feel hot during the daytime.
At night, when you are sleeping, the air con is fine. The room is cleaned and we have a balcony. It is nice. The biggest drawback is the shower. The shower is powerful but the screen they use, is far too small. You do get water all over the floor.
Overall, the experience in staying in this hotel is postive and I will recommend it.

It was as advertised. No surprises. Very clean and quiet. Convenient to public transit. We were allowed to check in early which was so nice since we were so jet lagged. Friendly staff. Overall a very positive experience and would recommend.

Friendly staff supports much as they can. Great reaction to stupid and respectless guests. Location boarders to downtown Vienna, with advantages to visit nice restaurants which are not overcrowded with tourists. Good location for business trips or a longer weekend with family incl. children.

A lot of construction going on but of course that is temporary. Neighborhood has a lot of essentials so location is great. The hotel is very quiet and has a good clientele.
The staff is simply over the top. We have traveled extensively in 2024 and met wonderful staff along the way but we will not forget the Indigo for the welcome we received, their attentiveness, and their many kindnesses. 10 * out of a possible 5 *.

The location is convenient for the U-Bahn and getting around Vienna. The staff were great throughout our stay. Breakfast had a plentiful selection of quality foods. Our room was perfect for our stay. Loved the Zenology bathroom products. We will be coming back.

Designed for looks, not comfort
Favorable comments: This is a new property, very attractive, well decorated, spacious, and close to transportation.
Unfavorable: Our room was not designed for comfort. There was a hard wood chair with zero ergonomics and a designer bench, even more uncomfortable. The bed was at the extreme end of firm. The current ridiculous trend is to provide a thick warm duvet for warm May weather. Two choices: too hot or no covers at all. We improved it by removing the duvets and using them to cushion the hard mattress and using the duvet cover as a sheet.

Great location close to almost everything including public transportation.
Room nice, but logistics were not working. On a 4 night stay we didn’t get our room cleaned before after the 3rd night, and then again tried to enter the room on the morning of the last day. No refil of supplies in the room - had to go to the reception ourselves. Has the potential, but the small things are in the way

Hotel was absolutely stunning, room was incredible. Staff are so lovely and attentive. Food and drinks were so nice. Public transport and walks to places. Breakfast was delicious and so much variety. Thanks so much we will be returning.

I highly recommend this hotel. Our room was perfect. It was very colorful and inviting. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is located very close to underground transportation, shops and restaurants too. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you to the staff

A five star rating isn’t not enough to express the staff. After more than 40 years of extensive travelling around the world, we have never met a friendlier and more helpful hotel staff. Everone from staff in reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning met us with a friendly smile and were eager to support.
Communications to and from the hotel are perfect if you come by car or train. Train station is just across the street.
The hotel is very fresh and quiet. We had a room on the top floor facing towards the garden. It was amazing to just wind down on the balcony.
Don’t miss the Naschmarkt market on Saturdays
