Beds were comfortable and there’s a light up make-up mirror. Great reading lights and a line to dry clothes. There was a bit of noise from the hallway but other than that it was pretty good. Very clean!

The staff were very friendly, helpful and personable!! To name a few Richard, Darlin, Queenie, and Dixie! And the breakfast person and cooks were great too!! Loved Hotel Naoz!!

I really loved this place. So clean, cute and staff was amazing. Close to dining options. Stayed with my 8 year old son. They have so many options to book tours for you and make it all so easy. Highly recommend!

Small boutique hotel but clean, cute decorations, good food for breakfast and restaurant. Staff were so nice. All the staff! It would be hard to mention all but special mention to Richard and Dixiana. They also accommodated the needs of our daughter with autism. Bus is walking distance, which we rode to Manuel Antonio National Park, better than driving. Food and supermarket walkable. Great experience! Blessing that we booked this.

The hotel was clean, the people were very helpful setting up a rafting trip for us. The staff was excellent. The pool was nice. Not too far of a drive to the beach, but you definitely want to have a car.

Staff was great. Mini bar was not working so we lost our food - they tried to fixed but… room was nice but felt clustered- no chairs or table in the room so only 2 beds ans a night table so a bit tight for 4 people although the room was big - maybe they can work the configuration. Pool was fantastic et great breakfast/restaurant. Happy hour deals

I loved it!!!!! I loved that the hotel was so open with everything centered around the courtyard. The staff were incredibly kind, pleasant, and helpful. I really appreciated the escort to my room on the first day and having the TV and air conditioning remotes pointed out. That was a nice touch to be walked into my room.

This was an amazing find! The hotel is part inside and part outside with beautiful surroundings! The staff were so friendly and accommodating! They served a wonderful breakfast, to order, at your table overlooking the beautiful gardens. It rained a lot while we were there, so they let us borrow an umbrella for the day. The room was immaculate and so quiet! We loved our stay and will be back.

The pool is a must and the rooms are very comfortable. Also, the staff is fantastic - friendly and knowledgeable. We are grateful to Hotel Naoz for making our first night in Costa Rica such a pleasure.

Music (from the pool?) started very early in the morning. The walls also seem to be very thin (we could hear everything that was going on on the hallway). Nevertheless, overall very good hotel. Would recommend!

Great hotel, clean, safe, fantastic staff and really comfortable bed. Only 4 options for breakfast, could have a few more.

Food was average

I would have given them a 5 star but the thing that really irked me is that initially when I asked about using their laundry, they told me that people used the bathroom sink (it is very large) and then used those hanger wires in the shower to dry. So, I did that but when I went to pull out the wires they both were broken, so I had a bunch of wet laundry ! I went back to the front desk and was told they would do my laundry for $7 per kilo (2.2lbs). I said that would be great except that my WET laundry was going to weigh is pretty heavy (2 pairs of shorts, 3 pairs of underwear & 3 shirts). She told me not to worry they would weigh it after they dried it. So I dropped it and went back the next day to retrieve it, well they had it marked as being 3 kilos (nearly 7 lbs) - I disputed this and told the girl what I said and what I was told, but she said she could not do anything. I paid for the 3 kilos but it just bugged me that the stuff I dropped off may have weighed in at 2 - 3 lbs tops. Everything else was great. Dixie & Bennet are stars

Ocean views and swimming pools

Parking was a hassle. Being an older person and having to go up and down stairs was difficult. Very nice staff and great massage options. The bar was nice as well as the pool.

Very nice hotel close to the beach and the national park. Supermarket and a nice restaurante bar are just some steps away. The staff ya very friendly and specially Angel is an amazing host, he will help you all the time and make your day better.

Nice little hotel with super good large rooms. The bed and pillows are very good. The employees are very customer oriented and friendly. We also ordered tours through the hotel, and all were super good. The only recommendation for improvement is the breakfast.

Front desk staff is so nice with excellent service! Walk in shower is a plus too!
