This hotel is average, it’s not worth the price you pay. I have stayed in better rooms at a less cost. The shower pressure was not good, the bedsheets and pillows were uncomfortable.

I ended having a medical emergency, I went into labor two months early so I forgot about calling and cancelling because I had other important stuff on my mind and they charged my card so I called to see if they can refund my money and it was a no. I’ve worked at hotels and medical emergencies are the one situation that we’ll refund or won’t charge them our fee. This hotel is only money hungry, pretty sad honestly. Never booking at this place or through hotel/expedia or Hilton and I travel a lot.

Super lovely hotel! Been inside for the rooftop bar, but have never stayed at the hotel. Rooms are nice and felt the walls weren’t too thin, which was nice. Check in took about 5 mins and kind staff!

The water pressure in this place is horrible. We were on the 4th floor, would hate to see how bad it was on upper floors. The pillows were also not so great. The hotel itself is very nice, well decorated, and cozy. This location is not far from many restaurants, and tourist attractions.

The scent in the room was quite strong it gave me a headache and blocked up my and my husband's nose. The safe in the room did not work. And the AC was LOUD. We paid for a room upgrade, and we were given an "upgraded" 6th floor room facing the "cityscape"; not worth it at all.
We were in town to celebrate a birthday and the concierge gave us a box of happy birthday Sugarfina gummies at check in which was really nice of them. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

It was very nice. Easy to park and check in. Room was small but very nice and updated. Clean and nice blackout electric shades. Walked to the Storm game and came back to the lobby bar where we had fantastic food and service. Had a wonderful breakfast this morning. Would definitely stay here again. We really loved the hotel, everything is very clean and feels new. The room is a bit small, but not as small as a NY hotel room. Bath room is roomy and clean with walk in shower w glass door. Fun modern buttons for do not disturb and service request. Rooftop bar is a must but make a reservation if you want to easily move past the host who thinks they are in L.A. but, once you get up there, everyone is friendly and the view is awesome! Lobby is nice and a pleasure to relax in!

Overall a good stay at the Astra and conveniently located in Seattle for the Space Needle and Pikes Place and Public Market. I did send the hotel 2 messages via Expedia app but had no response from either msg prior to my arrival. That needs to improve. The rooms are modern but quite small so if you’re travelling as a family there isn’t much space. The in-house restaurant is very expensive so go local, but the coffee shop is ok

The room had an amazing view of the space needle. I love the lighting in the bathroom and the automatic shades. The beds are comfy and the shower is great. The only little thing that bothered my a bit was the toilet seat had a dirty spot that I had to wipe clean before use.
