From start to finish, our stay was wonderful. Laura and Samantha were both so kind and helpful. We felt very valued and welcome throughout our entire stay. Our room was meant to be for three adults and it was extremely spacious. Also, it was beautifully appointed in traditional Italian style. The on-site cafe and garden was a favorite spot for us in the morning for breakfast and to sip a very well made Aperol spritz after a day of exploring. The service was excellent there as well. A beautiful hotel in the centre of everything, I will highly recommend Palazzo Feroci to anyone I know who might be visiting Pisa. Thank you for everything! Molto bene!

A lovely boutique hotel in the old city of Pisa, with very spacious and well-appointed rooms and an excellent breakfast option. Convenient to many pedestrian areas with restaurants and bars, and 5 min. walk from Scuola Sant'Anna where I attended a conference. The staff were most helpful.

I loved everything about my stay here. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was like staying in a mini apartment. The hotel had a nice restaurant right outside and was in walking distance to the markets and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Great customer service too! The hotel stayed in constant contact with me and even provided a guide of where to go and what to eat in the area. I only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again.

Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful before our arrival and while in destination in helping with dinner arrangements 5* the property is close to everything you need. Definitely book this property if your looking to stay in Pisa!

Central location an easy walk to Leaning Tower or into main shopping area. Recently renovated with beautiful traditional building and some striking modern decor. “Junior room” was a huge suite with spacious bedroom, separate sitting room, good sized shower room and central lobby/dining space. Very smart and clean. All staff very helpful. Breakfast is served in the café that’s on the ground floor of the building - it’s a fixed menu: coffee, juice, croissant and either yoghurt or eggs. It was pleasant but didn’t feel it matched up to the “hotel” experience.

We spent 2 days in Pisa and fortunately chose to stay at Palazzo Feroci. Our rooms were fabulous, the staff were so helpful and friendly and the hotel was brilliantly central to old Pisa

Beautiful boutique hotel

This was a wonderful small intimate hotel. We received a lovely warm welcome. The location is superb only 3 minutes from the leaning tower and also a beautiful square. The hotel kindly offered us breakfast to take away which was delicious fresh coffee and divine croissants. Our room was large and luxurious. I would definitely make this my hotel of choice when visiting Pisa. Superb.

This hotel is in a great location, close enough to the touristy spots but out the way of the nightlife so you can get a peaceful night sleep. Also a good distance from the train station if you want to explore other places. There is some work being done to the paving which means the road is blocked outside the hotel (as of April 2024) but taxis can get close enough on other roads. Many restaurants around the hotel too. We arrived outside of reception opening hours but they operate a great system where you can collect your room cards from a locker. The room itself was more like apartment it was that big! Comfy bed, lots of space and cleaned daily. The bathroom was very spacious too. The only negative thing I can say was that there is only 1 mirror in the whole appartment which was a bit annoying when trying to get ready whilst my partner was in the shower. All the staff were super friendly, including at the cafe where breakfast is included. Breakfast was eggs & bacon or yoghurt & granola plus a choice of croissants, hot drink and juice, all served to you (not self serve). There were some umbrellas available to use near reception.

Really would recommend this lovely place, perfect accommodation so close to everything you need including the leaning tower. We spent the last night of a five day trip here and weren’t disappointed. Lorenzo on reception offered great advice on places to eat and visit locally and booked us a taxi to the airport, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you Palazzo Feroci

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming and very attentive. It was in a great location, close to the tower and nice restaurants. We had a car and driving through Pisa was a little tricky. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast. It was very slow and not many choices. Prefer having a buffet. coffee in the room was a nice touch as well as the complimentary water in the mini fridge.

Quiet once you were inside; breakfast was pleasant in garden.

As a frequent traveler due to my work, I can say that both hotel and staff are Excellent! I travelled with family at this time and had a great experience thanks to the comfort, cleanliness and staff hospitality. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay at Palazzo Feroci. The communication before we arrived was superb, making sure we knew how to access our room and the property out of hours. The location is fantastic and the staff could not have been more helpful with printing items for us and looking after us throughout our stay. Final huge thanks to all of the staff who recued our passports that we left behind in the room safe and kept them safe until we returned. We would definitely return!

Beautiful property with incredibly comfortable rooms that let in no sound from outside

The hotel was lovely, clean, bed were comfortable and air con was regulated so you don’t have to touch it and made no noise, very little but I slept like a log. And they use lots of environmental friendly bathroom products. Love it there. Also it was 5 minutes walk from leaning tower of Pisa

We enjoyed our stay at the panoramic suite with small garden patio. The room was very spacious and the property was lovely with a wonderful cafe attached for morning pastries and coffee. We appreciated the toiletries. It was a little loud one night with a concert nearby but luckily our bedroom was on the other side. The location is very convenient to the leaning tower and lots of restaurants.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Very large room and bathroom. Impeccably clean and well equipped. Lovely helpful staff and amazing decor.

Great property but we had a room with a herd of elephants above- in reality two very young children. You could literally hear every footstep every shout. Great building, shame about the sound proofing, overall good service. Breakfast provided by the cafe on site - options a little limited and service was not met with a smile. Owners were lovely and very helpful.

Absolutely wonderful! The service is beyond expectations! We stayed at the family room, and it was exceptionally clean and the view was beautiful. This is one of the best hotels (mind you it has a beautiful history) that we have ever stayed in Pisa. Will definitely come back! I highly recommend it!!!
