difficult to find … taxi driver had no idea where it was! The owners son showed me the room and went out of his way to ensure my comfort! I liked the modern edgy feel to the room .. great bathroom.

Really well located in the city. Like 1 minut from the main square and coffees-bars along the sea. Family who manages the place is really welcoming. Place is perfect and quiet, decoration of the room was at my taste, elegant and minimalist.

Sadly, the city itself is an old folks tourist trap.

It is located practically in the main square of Argostoli, the people are so charming and it was really comfortable.

The bathroom doesn't have ventilation so sometimes it has a bad smell. despite that, every day your room will be cleaned.

Excellent location, just off the square, main taxi stop and within walking distance to pedestrian shopping area. Good inexpensive restaurant down a few doors, Ladokalla. Mama comes each day for housekeeping. Yasemi is a young entrepreneur who has recently remodeled these units, ours had a balcony with screened open doors which have excellent noise reduction when closed. Quiet heating and cooling system. Elevator and WC accessible. Yasemi speaks good English and can give tips on sightseeing.

He is aware that the showers lack good water containment, and the bathroom door is clear glass.

Convenient location for the town and main square. Clean simple recently built rooms and good communication with the owners.

The shower in the Queen room had a faulty or blocked floor drain so when showering the entire shower room flooded.

The room and bathroom were very nice. There was also AC which was nice too. It was a very good stay, the room was clean and comfortable. The owner was incredibly kind and very quick to respond if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Andreas (apologies if I've mispelled that!) was incredibly helpful - he even helped us deal with some administrative issues that cropped up separately to our stay. Couldn't have asked for a nicer host!

Parking in the surrounding area is confusing, so if you arrive late in the day, make sure you're parked somewhere you're allowed to be!

honestly, an amazing experience. brand new accommodation very stylishly renovated. the place is perfectly located, directly in the town centre, literally meters away from the main squares, with restaurants, etc. Noise from traffic at night is kept out by excellent quality windows, and amazing centralised air conditioning. windows are fitted with quality mosquito nets. from the room you access a very nice balcony with table and chairs, with direct view over the square. bathroom, furnishings, and lights extremely stylish. Host super-attentive and available. there is even a lift in the property for bulky luggage. no parking but never had a problem finding a spot in the street in the middle of august. really recommended.

The host is super nice, helped us a lot, if we needed anything we could ask him, the accommodation was nice,cozy, modern, clean and awesome location right in the city centre, great for couples for sure.

The owner couldn’t do enough for us. He was so helpful, give us lots of advice on places to see and eat, his places are immaculate and modern and perfect location, I highly recommend the place
