Happy friendly family, making the most of it to be helpful at anytime. The place is quiet and tidy, breakfast included with tea/coffee, only 5minutes from the first beaches 3 minutes from Kuta.

Impossible to say anything bad about this place.

the property is in development, room gets pretty hot and the wall fan would need repositioning to get more air on the bed

the wifi didn’t work, it’s literally an iphone hotspot, I couldn’t get it to work until my last day. there’s no data either, so if you can’t make the wifi work you can’t use internet. didn’t get towels in one room. there were so many miscommunications with the staff. we were made to pay extra because they put us in an aircon room instead of a fan room, they tried to make us pay for 2 days with bikes instead of 1 which is what we’d agreed on. and for the cherry on top we got angry phone calls and spam texts after half of us had left saying we hadn’t payed for our bike, but we’d payed another staff member for one, and the others hadn’t even checked out yet so they hadn’t payed for theres yet. overall not a great experience, wouldn’t go again.

the staff were amazing. some of the kindest people we have met. they invited us in to was was an extra room on their house. went out f their way to make sure we had wifi and the breakfast was awesome.

the location was out of the town, felt a bit isolated and like we were invading there space. the property was hard to find as it’s only sign is on the main street, our driver had to ask locals were to go. in which we had to follow them through multiple peoples yards to get to the stay. there is no reception even using the local broadband
