That I only had one night there

It was very modern and clean. Vanessa was very friendly and there was ample continental breakfast. And it was very convenient for our son’s house in the same Road.

We found the shower a bit small. And, in the loft conversion, you always had to be aware that you could easily hit your head on the sloping ceiling.

The only comment was not having an ensuite but for the money it was excellent value

This B&B is superb. You will be greeted by a welcoming host. You will relax in a warm, tastefully styled room will a gorgeous view and very comfortable bed. You will enjoy a lovely continental style breakfast with quality options. You will want to stay again.

Very clean, looks new, very well presented and lovely host. good breakfast and lovely setting. ample parking. very convenient location close to the Newmarket centre, peaceful location and my room was at the back, so peaceful that could sleep with the window open.

nothing, only change I will make the next time I visit, is to book a room with en-suite, I was caught waiting for a couple to finish using the bathroom and it was 40 minutes, then again whilst the same couple used the toilet before leaving, another 20 minutes. Not the property’s fault but a lesson to me, if you don’t want to wait for a a shared bathroom to become available, pay a little more and get en-suite.

Clean, modern house. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. Clean room with plenty of storage.

No lock on bedroom door. Difficult to know if shared bathroom was in use.

Lovely looking property in lovely location and very modern inside

I got told off for wearing my shoes upstairs,don’t like walking up narrow polished wooden staircases in socks , belongings in bathroom drawers , shower could do with deep clean and to cap it all no locks on the doors, breakfast was a poor continental,most of group went elsewhere
