Plenty of beds and space for everyone. Comfortable and clean, great facilities and great location, just a short walk from town. Easily found parking along the street.
Had to transfer a deposit but this was paid back soon after our stay.
As others have mentioned, the power shower is a bit temperamental but it was adequate.

Nice house in a good location for Northampton. House in general was clean, beds, bathrooms, living room. Kitchen was well enough equipped.
We had an issue with the shower, but the owner had been informed and is going to have engineers check it.
The oven had been left dirty by the previous occupants.
House sleeps nine folks, but dinner table seats 4., but we didn't have an issue with that.

Location to the town centre.
Very quiet street.
Beds were comfy and the house was seeping with weed smell, which helped us relax and forget about the other stuff 🤣
Owners responded very quickly to questions.
Lack of crockery for a house that sleeps 12 - there were 4 mugs and 2 wine glasses!
There was no BBQ as stated in the description. But to be honest the yard wasn't really suitable for it and there were only a few pieces of very dirty outdoor furniture.
One front door key wasn't enough when there were 8 adults.
Very strong smell of weed!

most things this was my second stay Isaac and his team are great hosts. was welcomed warmly the house is mega warm and cosy
they have took away most double beds including the one in “my room” haha last time I chose the room I was always going to use as loved the property we knew we would be back there is a great little room with a door to the back garden that’s unfortunately now blocked off it’s a minor quibble of my preference don’t let it put you off book this place as it’s a gem

wow just wow. what a lovely clean home from homes. we loved this place. where to start on the initial booking the host was super nice and was helpful from start to end the house is clean modern and the bedrooms are all lovely. a few of us work in the music scene one of my party has travelled all over the world DJing and
said that it’s the comfiest beds he’s slept in I had to agree . please if you stay here treat it with resepect as we will likely stay here anytime we are in Northampton we love it 10/10

One of the quietest nights sleep I have had in any central town location. Really comfortable beds and overall very pleasant.
Shower had insufficient pressure but the management have said they will address this immediately.

shops. On arrival we head botle of wine
and fruits. The owner very friendly and let as stay
2 hours longer. There was plenty tea and coffee.
And was very cheap for stay. Access to WI-Fi
