Food was plenty and very good and good location

The staff were extremely rude! the hotel is very old and dirty and very old Fashioned Wifi was really poor Bathrooms dirty i was locked out my room the key card didnt work neither did there master key so they had to smash the lock and demanded me to pay for it! even though not my problem i refused to pay the $300 they wanted will never stay again in this hotel!!

The view was lovely. The air-conditioning was very effective within the room. The breakfast was very fresh and very nice. The location is absolutely wonderful for both the beach and the downtown shopping area. It's a very special city with lovely, friendly people on a beautiful coastline.

The two twins beds that I had ordered and paid for through Booking.com, were not in the room assigned to me. It was a double bed ... as were the next four rooms that I was shown. Finally, an employee took me to see the available rooms, and we found a room with twins. Confusion and a lack or order of in-house communication?? We had to ask the maid to come in to remove some moist black mold that was clearly on the exposed surface of a vent duct just outside our bathroom. If someone is allergic to mold, that would be really bad. She was happy to remove the visible mold upon request, but I wonder what we couldn't see within the system, and wondered why that mold wasn't noticed beforehand by the housekeeping or admin. I've stayed at this hotel for 20 years, and have loved it ... but have been away for the past two years. It is really showing its wear. Between Covid and the Hamas war, I'm sure the economy and the staffing are a problem, because of a lack of tourism. I pray it gets better for both the King Solomon and for Israel. They are both worth saving.

ניקיון כללי לא תקין: במקלחת השפורפרת (דוש) לא תקין, זרם מים דוקר,-לא נעים , החדר לא מתוחזק,: סימניי חלודה ולכלוך ע"ג האמבטיה , לכלוך שנראה זמן רב לפניינו, אולי מלק או צבע כולשהוא, חלון יציאה למרפסת מלוכלך, בדליי סיגריות על הרצפה, לא ניתן לכוון את המזגן הקירור קבוע אם משאירים זמן רב החדר קר מאוד,

לא אהבנו כלום בית מלון שלא מכבד את עצמו . חדרים לא מתוחזקים ומאוד מאובקים

המלון לא מתוחזק רהיטים ממש ישנים מלוכלכים לובי עם ספות ישנות ומיושנות . חדרים לא מתוחזקים חלונות מלוכלכים מצעים עם ריח אבק . ממש עזבנו אחרי שעה .

Everything was pleantifuul and delicious. The staff were polite and helpful.

The rooms were so dirty, we tries 4 different ones, on 3 different floors, till we were satisfied, and even then, we asked to change the dirty blankets. This is truly un acceptable! It was tolerated only thanks to the exceptional staff( Anatoli)and the location.
