Very tasteful and clean interiors, you can tell that someone has put a lot of time and effort to make it to be the best possible experience for the guests. Every time I had a query, the security manager or property manager were there for me to answer my questions and resolve any arising problems. I will definitely come back !

Nothing it was hideous

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t ready, then asked to disappear for an hour to then return and the bedding was used

On arrival did not like accommodation, there was a notice pinned on door of shared toilet' ' out of order '. So turned around and left. Had to find alternative accommodation i.e hotel at great further expense. Raymond Seabrook.

The location was great.

I would recommend getting live in tenants ti make an effort to clean the property. It’s not fair ti walk into a dirty kitchen or toilet and the first thing you do is clean it. At least have that rule in place

I needed a quiet getaway after a bit of a year - and this place was exactly that. Peaceful, no distractions & in a nice residential area with lakeside / woodland walks etc. Good communication with helpful staff. Recommended.

Nothing. I advised on the day I arrived that I would not be staying and was refused a refund. Toilet facilities were dirty, front door wouldn't open, paid for a double bed double room and only had a single bed. Outrageous to charge for the whole booking and not offer to relet the room to someone else and refund me as I had advised straight away it was not what I was paying for

I had a stay booked for the 21st of September for 10days. the room description mentions ensuite and states toilet, shower cabinet. when i arrived, the house smelled like weed and i discovered there was a shower cabin and a sink with no toilet inside the room. messaged the landlord which was so unhelpful and unwilling to help i felt like it was a complete scam. i didn’t stay at the property and left straight it was wrongly described and I needed to have a toilet in my room thats why I choose this place as per price for 10 days. The landlord did admit it was his assistants fault as she forgot to highlight that on the description yet refused to give a full refund and deducted more than 200 pounds which is totally unfair and is a total scam and now he is writing on the Q&A if there is a toilet dates October 5! Complete scam!
