This was one of the nicest hostels I've stayed in during my travels of Latin America! We loved the cosy feel of the hoste, it really felt like a home away from home! We loved the location being a 2 minute walk to the plaza. We slept so well there as well, the beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast included with the room was great too, it set you up for the day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, allowed us to check in when we arrived at 8am as they had rooms available . Extremely accommodating, kept our bags safe for free when we went to the Colca Canyon for the night. Fresh, tasty breakfast and kitchen if you want to cook. We arrived at 5am and they let us into our room to sleep which was much appreciated after a long over night bus. Great brekky, and location. Nice communal area as well. Cheap as chips

The room was really hot in the mornings !

It has real character just off the main square. We arrived really early in the morning and were shown to the massage room where we were able to sleep until 9am when our room was ready. This made all the difference after a long journey on a night bus.

The staff was very helpful and the location is perfect, right smack in the historical city center.

The facilities were a little old but overall very well maintained and everything was spotless clean

Everything went well. Hotel is very accommodating and helpful. It was very easy to stay in Arequipa and make plans from this hotel.

Perfect location and great stay in Arequipa. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Shower worked well with hot water. Breakfast was very good and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We even stored our bags here for 3 days whilst we went to the Colca canyon.

Great Hostel, just next to the Plaza de Armas with plenty of options for food and drinks! The staff was very nice and helpful, the room has been cleaned daily and thoroughly. The bathroom was modern, the water pressure from the shower is excellent.

No lifts to use especially we had big luggages and had to carry them ourselves to bring from the ground floor to 2nd floor🙈

The cleaners are the best staff here, the rooms and toilets were very clean. The reception staff are hit and miss friendly, some are some aren't. Location is handy in el centro. Good for a short stay

The showers have lukewarm water and it never got hot enough. The rooms are very loud with no sound insulation from the hallway, people arriving late at night and talking echoes into your room. Also, the breakfast is nothing special, just white bread and jam with the cheapest instant coffee. Currently the room is discounted due to protests so it's good value but if I had to pay more, there are plenty of other options that offer more value for money.

The breakfast is good. It includes juice, fruits, coffee, tea or Chocolate, bread, butter and different types of jams.

Staff said there is a something that you can grab for early morning tour but there is nothing. If they say nothing first I will prepare by myself in advance. But they confirm it has.!!!
