Tasty cooked breakfast, with good quality ingredients.
Room had extra touches on the breakfast tray, and toilitries in the bathroom.
Enormous bath towels, lovely and soft!
Acorn House has parking, and is located right near the centre, convenient for walks, shopping and eating out.
Nothing to fault, staff are so welcoming, and such a lovely house with so many period features!
Check in is very easy, collecting keys from a key safe in the porch.

Good location and breakfast was nice but only fruit option was an apple or a banana. Hospitality tray was topped up daily. The staff were friendly.
The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable, I had backache every morning. The chairs were very low. The shower was tiny with hardly any room to manoeuvre. No one about to ask advice or for directions as everything is done by text which we found very impersonal. Only 3 single sockets in the room and all were being used. We had to unplug things to use hairdryer or charge our mobiles.

free parking, great location and a fantastic breakfast to start the day. lovely room with 4poster bed, very hospitable owners and even got free cream eggs on Easter Sunday

great location; the fireplace in the living room was a really nice touch to our stay. Chris greeted us and made sure we were comfortable.
shower pressure was low however this was a minor issue. We really enjoyed our stay

Everything about Acorn House was fabulous.
Located just a very short walk to the centre, the accommodation is spacious, spotless with wonderful decor. Excellent hosts and staff and a fantastic breakfast with the added bonus of free parking. Would not hesitate to return to Acorn House when visiting Keswick in the future.

Fabulous bed and breakfast!. great location and with plenty of on site parking. Lovely staff and great freshly cooked breakfast.

Breakfast was great and the staff were happy to accomodate requests. Accomodation was vey close to centre of town and easy to walk to. Small external sitting area was also a pleasant place to sit and relax.
Room was in attic and it was the hottest 2 days of the year so pretty uncomfortable even with the fan on all night! sockets for charging phones etc wern't too easy to get to.

The place is exceptionally clean and tidy, easy access, very nice and helpful staff, the breakfast is just as delicious as everyone's described earlier. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent, being at a quieter end of Keswick but within easy walking distance of the town centre and of course close to the mountains.
Good standard of accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was great and there was good adherence to Covid regulations. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Although some people would welcome a warm room in the middle of winter, it was too warm for us. Would recommend turning off the radiator and opening the window!

The location was excellent. Very convenient to centre but quiet setting. Breakfast was delicious and excellent service. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. We would definitely enjoy coming again.
There wasn't anything. Our room was on the second floor and quite compact so maybe another time we might opt for another but it was still comfortable and sparkling clean bathroom.

Got a warm welcome on arrival. Breakfast was exceptional and if you required anything different they always accommodated your request. Gave us local knowledge when we asked about anything room always clean great location for going in and out of Keswick. Good onsight parking
