I liked the layout of the caravan, very spacious, and we didn’t have any problems with space at all. The wifi was really fast, the owners were very accommodating & friendly. We ordered a cot & wS delivered in 10 minutes of ordering it. Bedding was clean & fresh, utensils were provided.

It was clear that it was a “dog friendly” accommodation, as the sofas & flooring in the lounge area were a bit grubby & there was a smell of damp dog. Had we of realised this then probably wouldn’t have booked as we had small children with us. But it didn’t effect our stay we still had a good time. I should have double checked so was an oversight in my behalf.

The property was excellent choice it’s just a little hiccup cuz we can’t get back in our car park cuz of the barrier but everything was ok

Plenty of space for a family of 3. Nice outside seating area and the living room window overlooked fields and the sunset. Good facilities onsite and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Easy to check-in and check-out, with free parking close by.

We had some challenges with the TV and Internet connection, although in fairness we didn't report it as we were only there for a night and only really in the caravan to sleep and have breakfast in the morning anyway. I'm sure the owners would have sorted it if we'd asked.

Was really happy with the caravan, really clean and well equipped with everything. Janette and Richard are lovely hosts, very welcoming of small children and not phased by sticky fingerprints! Plenty of space, extra toilet which was handy and extra pillows were available but turns out not needed!

If I had to pick something, it would be that the mattress in the master bedroom was too firm, just a preference thing and nothing that isn’t easily solved with a topper/quilted protector.

Needs a bit of updating, but more the property was not overly clean, the bathroom particularly, and there was grit or sand on the sofas. we were asked to keep the butterflies on the wall and ask our child to not touch them… but they would just fall off, a bit of a strange request

Liked the caravan it was mostly clean and comfortable and started out really well

The electricity went out for two hours we were left in cold and darkness, sometimes we were unable to get hold of the owners despite numerous calls, although when they answered they were polite it was difficult to get hold of them when we wanted to vacate the property and get our security deposit. Our stay would have been much better if they were readily available by phone when problems occur and when you want to book out also. My stay was not reassuring, and because of them not being readily available when problems occur I would not stay there again. However if you don't mind thar they will eventually get back to you, and being without electricity and heating for 2 hours if it cuts out Then the stay was okay. For the above reasons I would not recommend.

The property was well managed cans clean the hot water and heating were in perfect working condition the caravan was big for the kids to play around

Host/owners we're very nice friendly people. Caravan park was good enough (what we saw of it).

Caravan a bit dated and not fully clean, beds not comfortable and had to make own bed up, ok for a night or two, we only stayed one night, price could have been better.

Caravan was OK bed very comfortable close to the beach nice place to spend withe the kids .

Caravan need some repair think and clean properly fidge was dirty some toilet shower didn't have hot water so we need to take cold shower with kids is very difficult

not being the caravan I booked. not having no central heating gave us heaters that kept triggering the electrics.plates and cups were filthy. grease was still left on the pan. will not be booking again
