Very helpful staff, good position, especially the restaurant for breakfast, nice room, included breakfast.
Soundproofing is lacking as you hear people in the next room and outside.

Lovely quiet room, with everything I needed. Great view from my room in the morning. Nice simple breakfast with an open fire going by 7:20am. I arrived late and left early, Ski Time was very accommodating for me. Room was lit and warm when I arrived.
I didnt know where to park. Perhaps some signage would be good.
Most people dont complain about this, but there was a lot of water from the shower head. Either a new mixer handle with variable flow or water reducing head would help.

Breakfast was a continental breakfast and had a great selection of cereals, bread and fruit.
The room was extremely clean and tidy, HOWEVER no TV or fridge inroom. Also shower curtain not sufficient for its purpose, flooded the floor.
Dinner was excellent quality and large servings, but the chairs were so uncomfortable to sit on.
Lack of facilities in the room.

Very nice breakfast - a good fuel-up before skiing. They do room cleaning every day, and the place is very tidy. Very nice staff and the beds are comfy. Close to the ski field and not far from the town centre.
The walls are not really that much sound-proof so I can hear other guests when I was in my room but I guess that's very common in NZ. It's pretty quiet in the evening.

Staff were so friendly and warm. Great restaurant and bar and also a guest lounge for a cheeky game of pool and a TV 'fix'...didn't need to leave the site for food or anything else, really relaxing and homely.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, washing and drying facilities, breakfast, and views from the restaurant and the patio!!! The lobby had a nice fireplace and a coin-operated pool table too. Plenty of parking options.
Restaurant, where we had breakfast, had an amazing ambiance. Breakfast itself was really good with many options. The staff was kind and friendly too.

Our room was clean, comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a variety of choices. The restaurant was great for dinner with huge meals and great flavours. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is handy and walking distance to all restaurants and shops. I have have stayed here 5 times and will stay here again.

The accommodation was so comfortable and welcoming. The staff were the best, so friendly and made you feel like they were happy to have you there. Love the place and the people and you will too.

The view from our room was spectacular . Had glass of wine on the terrace and watched the sun go down on the mountain.
Breakfast was included in the price, amazing value, and just delicious, enough to fill you for a day of skiing.
We booked into the dining room for dinner, I had been waiting to have the prawn and mussel chowder, and I was not disappointed. The heated floors in the bathroom were divine. Staff all smiling, professional and helpful.
Peter, the owner has done just a wonderful job with his facility in certainly tough times. Well done and thankyou.
