Our Chef was very kind and prepared a fresh welcome drink for us. He was very discreet and polite. The pool, garden and view on the ocean is beautiful!

We would have liked to know before (!) that the chef is living in the villa with us. There is no real privacy and feeling of safety because you cannot lock the doors properly. Because there's only one key we had to be at home to open the door for the chef... The pictures looked much more modern and cleaner than it was in reality. We didn't feel too comfortable because we paid quite a lot for this villa and expected more. After some renovation it might be a great place again.

Hi all! The experience in Hikks Villa was excellent from the moment we popped in the house, the place was clean, well decorated and has everything you need. The front view to the beach is unique. I would stand out its service and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you team!

The location is amazing and if you are looking for a stunning ocean view- that’s the place. Staff is friendly & helpful as everywhere in Sri Lanka.

Property needs few fixes- shower in one of the rooms doesn’t have hot water, sun beds are old and some broken, but over all it’s fine & comfortable enough.

We loved everything about Hikks Villa. Nimal and Jayantha were wonderful, food was amazing as was location.
