We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well maintained property! Excellent kitchen with all you need (dishes, appliances ect.). Big living room. Private backyard with equipped BBQ. Owners are great and very responsive. Easy private parking. Excellent access to the ocean. Always can find parking. I would definitely recommend this place and owners. We will definitely come back.

The property was better than advertised! Marcela was the best host my family has ever had. She added a personal touch to the whole experience. Soap, shampoo and conditioner, a selection of fresh fruit on the table. When she got home she came down and introduced herself. She is a super nice person. This is the first stay I have ever had that I didn’t feel like I was just a customer. We felt like we were part of her life for a few days! The neighborhood is super nice and safe. We brought our dogs. Willow and Rowdy and we walked them around the neighborhood daily. It was a great stay! If your in ft Lauderdale I strongly recommend this property.

The apartment is the downstairs of a nice house in a close neighborhood. Great location for a walk with our two little dogs. The kitchen is well stocked, the apartment is spacious, and has a nice patio. Affordable and good. Highly recommended.

My mother, sister, and I were pleased with such a beautifully decorated apartment in a centrally located area of Ft. Lauderdale. It is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood that is a short walk to the beach or the mall. Marcela, our host, was very attentive and welcoming. We will definitely return soon!!!!

Marcela is a very gracious host and truly genuine. She’s respectful of others and responsive to your needs and questions. Her home is extremely clean and it matches the description exactly. The beds are very comfortable and the home environment is very relaxing. It’s also in walking distance of the Las Olas beach area. A great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Great place, perfect location! Marcela was so helpful recommending family friendly places to visit and eat. The apt had everything needed for the beach, grilling out and relaxing in the backyard.

The property was very nice as were the owners. We enjoyed our stay. However, the listing stated within walking distance to beach. This was not the case, it was located several miles from the beach. We are very active seniors and do a lot of walking but it was too far to walk with chairs/towels etc along a very busy streets. Anyone with children would definitely not be able to navigate this walk. That being said the accommodations were very comfortable.

Located close to activities, but secluded enough to get some relaxation in as well. The weather was beautiful for us and we were able to enjoy the backyard during our stay. Easy to get to the beach. Owner was accommodating and friendly. Great place to stay if your adventures bring you to Fort Lauderdale.

We very much enjoyed our time here. The property is true to all that is described. It was wonderful for my husband and I to just get away for a few days. It was a very quiet and peaceful pocket near a lot of fun and exciting things to do in Ft Lauderdale. Marcela was a wonderful host, dropping by for a quick sec as we arrived. We enjoyed walking to the beach, stores, restaurants, and waterways but we also found the Circuit rides extremely convenient. We purchased snacks, beverages and a few breakfast items at the Publix just down the street, but we also enjoyed eating all of our other amazing meals at the many restaurants that are all within 5-15 minutes of walking. After checking out, while enjoying more of Ft Lauderdale along Los Olas and before flying home, it was convenient to take advantage of the local Bounce services to store our luggage. We are certainly keeping tabs on this property for when we might bring our family back with us.

Would stay here again. Close/walking distance to ocean/beach, fabulous shopping, grocery store. Our living space very clean,well equipped for cooking, laundry and pets allowed. Quiet community to go for a stroll.

Loved everything about this property. I’m not a big fan of airbnb or Vrbo because it’s a hit or miss situation . This property is a HIT & changed my mind completely about VRBO for sure! So clean and accommodating. Will be back here for sure.

Host was gracious, thoughtful and oh so sweet. The guest house was such a nice place to stay. Everything we needed, clean, king sized beds, washer/dryer. I just can’t say enough about this host and guest house.

This is my second stay here. The host is fantastic and very helpful. The property and all amenities are immaculate. You can’t beat this location in Fort Lauderdale. Close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. I’ll be back again.

I would like Marcela to be clearer with the information about the house, first she lives upstairs, which you can hear everything when her steps are downstairs, the doors, both she and the house are not suitable for animals, if you want to go on vacation, check your night schedules and walk through the door of the rented house does not respect privacy, the door lock is not reliable when closing, you come to an agreement with her and then she forgets her word and does not show her face to reach a solution. Thanks to her lack of commitment as host, I had to advance my return. I do not recommend this rental to go with dogs of any kind of size, children or babies since her barking or crying are annoying noises for her and her community. a disappointment

Description and photos were accurate. The host of the guest house, Marcela Duris, is an awesome lady! We had the opportunity to meet her and she was so sweet. The house was very clean and well stocked with the basic items. If we ever have the opportunity to go back to Ft. Lauderdale we will definitely contact Marcela again!

All the amenities we needed and more! Great location near the mall and water taxi stop 7. We'll definitely be back.

This property is wonderful. The home is in a great location which provides quick access to the beach, downtown and shopping. Enjoy strolling the neighborhood or head out for some fun downtown. The owner is very responsive and the property is well maintained and has everything you need for a great stay. Looking forward to my next visit.
