This house was perfect for our family of five and large pup! It was so spacious and comfortable. Super clean, well stocked and beautiful. Our kids are all in agreement that this was their favorite beach rental we have stayed in, and they are probably at 20+ beach trips! Great communication! We would be thrilled to come back!

My husband and I enjoyed our winter break from cold weather while enjoying this beautiful property. Location was perfect and property was exactly as it appeared in pictures. Owners are lovely and were so kind during our stay. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Our family could not have choose a better property to enjoy our 4 week vacation! The weather totally threw us under the bus the entire stay! However the house rescued us and provided every comfort we could have ever asked for! We made some of the best memories ever, the house was everything we could ever ask for! The living room fireplace was a huge hit as well as the hot tub! Kitchen was big and spacious! We enjoyed many hours of playing volleyball in the heated pool! Our pets absolutely hated leaving the large yard. See you next year Gulf Pearl!

We had a wonderful time at Gulf Pearl. The house was spacious and well equipped, even sharp knives. We loved the outdoor space and the quiet neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back!

This was the first trip to the beach that we didn’t go to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and just relaxing around the pool. We even stayed at the house and cooked, completely different for us. The house had everything you needed and more. I didn’t need the sound of the ocean because we had the sound of the BEAUTIFUL Koi Pond. The owners are kind and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Again one of the most relaxing family time we have had in Florida and we have been going for many years. We had a wonderful time at this house. We came with family and brought our dogs. The dogs loved running around chasing lizards in the large fenced in yard. When we had trouble with the Keurig (probably pilot error) and I reached out to Pat for some guidance, she very kindly brought over a new one though there was still a coffee pot and another Keurig for us to use. She was vey kind and super responsive. We would definitely consider staying at this house if we are in the area again.

Our week was perfect! Our first vacation with our grandbabies, the house is perfect. The house is just as pictures show, beautifully decorated and clean. Main floor offers nice space for family togetherness and each bedroom provides nice space and privacy. Pat and Jon are awesome. Any questions or concerns that you have are answered immediately. We are looking forward to our next stay, House is close to beach access and lots of great restaurants and shopping.

We really liked the place and the owner was very helpful. Really well stocked kitchen (they even had olive oil, salt/pepper). We ended up renting a golf cart which was easier. It is only 0.6 to the beach but it was >90 degrees every day. Only downside was further to other restaurants etc but we were happy.

Decorated beautifully. Spacious rooms. Pool wasn’t extra clean. Kitchen was very well supplied with nice utensils, silverware, pots and pans, etc. Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood.

The property exceeded our expectations. The additional amenities (home furnishings, beach accessories) and bikes were great. The property is off 30A but is on a dead end street, which provided a tremendous amount of privacy. Beach access is close and and easy walk. We had six adults, two teenagers and a nine year old and everyone had a great time. I recommend.

This property is excellent. It was definitely a plus to have the pool and hot tub. We used them a lot! I would highly recommend a golf cart. We took ours everywhere. Pat was great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Before our arrival Pat ensured that we knew how the check-in process worked. We enjoyed our family vacation at the Santa Rosa Beach during June 17-24, 2023. The house layout enabled each of our adult children and their family to have separate floors and private bathrooms. The walk to the beach is very easy. Our family enjoyed the backyard pool and the heated hot tub! Pat is a very gracious host and ensured all needs were meet and would highly recommend booking this house!

Pat was amazing to work with. We communicated prior to the arrival and was able to check in early. She was able to answer any and all questions from the beginning to end of the stay. There was a minor problem with one of the shower doors and she came and fixed it which was very impressive. The house is equipped with pretty much any and everything you could possibly need for a week. I would definitely recommend this house and may even make it back some day. My party of 10 had a wonderful time, it was nice having a big house like this because there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Our family had a great time between the beach and the pool. I recommend for large families.

We really enjoyed our extended 3 week stay at the Gulf Pearl. This property is nestled in a fairly secluded area on the west end of 30A. The private beach access worked out great (I would recommend renting a golf cart to help with the getting around). Pat and Jon checked in with us periodically and were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Top floor master with views of the gulf was outstanding. The pool and backyard amenities were great options to wrap up the beach days. Looking forward to heading back!

We had a great stay at this property. Located on a quiet street it’s a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants. House was great. Lots of TVs and all the other things you need. We cooked most of our meals at the house and it had everything we needed. Big spaces to be together and lots of room to spread out. The backyard is big and very private. The pool, hot tub, and seating areas is where we spent a lot of our time. What a great week. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Our hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. Plenty of room for the kids to run and play outside and close to everything! We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our two week vacation. New to retirement it was great to check out the area. Close to the State Park. We enjoyed that it was off season. The backyard is a nice oasis. We rented a golf cart and found that helpful. Great communication from the owners.

Our family had an amazing week during Thanksgiving at the Gulf Pearl! So much space, lot’s of bedrooms and the pool deck was incredible. Smart TV’s we’re the best in all rooms! The heated pool and hot tub were so incredible in the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Close to beaches, restaurants, etc. Rent a golf cart for sure.

The property and owners are awesome- Can’t go wrong with this property I know we will be staying here again God willing. Many Thanks and Blessings

Everyone had their privacy and was completely comfortable. Very clean and tons of amenities. Nice yard for our fur baby and great outdoor space for relaxing around the pool/hot tub. We all had a great time.

My husband and two teen daughters stayed for Fall break. The house is located at the quiet end of 30A which we absolutely LOVED! You can easily hit Seaside or San Destin within a few minutes - very convenient, central location for our needs. We didn't leave the house much as I found all I needed to cook most of our meals - we've never stayed at a house with so many spices and pantry staples - amazing! The the girls really enjoyed the pool and all the loungers - the outdoor furniture was super clean as well as the pool deck. My husband and I rode bikes to the beach almost every morning to enjoy some quiet time. The ride was fairly flat although you do have to cross 30A twice, but the drivers are VERY considerate to let you cross. The house has a lot of steps, so if you have health conditions this house is probably not for you. It worked perfectly for my family as we all like our together time and also enjoy our own space. The master suite on the very top floor was exceptional, AC worked fantastic, and the wrap-around deck views up there are gorgeous (especially at sunset). My girls loved feeding the koi every day. It really was one of our most relaxing trips yet... we very much enjoyed the downtime and amenities of this house. Well done Pat - a lot of love has gone into this house and it sure shows!

House was in great condition and so many added touches! Nice quiet neighborhood and area. Loved it!

We had a great time at this property, the pool, hot tub and back yard were amazing! The rooms were all big and able to fit our extended family comfortably. Warning, there are a lot of stairs, this was not an issue for us at all, but might be for others. The private beach was amazing and quite, but quite a walk to get too and not much parking once there, again, not a problem for us but might be a consideration. Overall we loved this property.

This is a great large property for a family! There were nine of us on vacay and there was plenty of room for all! Perfect home for teens who want their own space. We loved being close to Destin but not in the crazy traffic. Best stocked home we have stayed at. Hosts were gracious and close by if anything should arise. Kids loved the Koi pond! Thanks for a great stay!

Great house & pool, location was perfect, quiet street/neighborhiod & walking distance to beach. TheAny questions we had were answered quickly. House manual including things to do. Nice to have bikes to use too.

We wish there was a map showing how long the walk to the private beach was, along with parking availability. The walk is not bad for adults and teens, if you have small children it is a bit far. Especially after your done on the beach and need to walk home with cranky kids. We also wish we notified that we did not have access to the lake from the property. Other than that the house was one of the best we have stayed in for our family vacation. It was very accommodating for our large group. It had tons of room, plenty of kitchen supplies, very clean, the hosts were more than helpful, and we enjoyed our time there very much!
