The hotel was not as described (I would not describe it as a 4* hotel). Constant noise from the street/road, walkway to the beach for non-guests.

Highly recommend. Lovely place to stay at the beach for surfing. Friendly Staff, pretty good food and the whole area is stunning. We will come back!!!

The only thing we would note is that the music a the pool area is a bit to loud. Especially when you have a pool front room and want to go to bed early.

Really one of the worst experience I've ever had. the room’s phone does not work and they refused to fix it I had to go down every time I need something to bump into another situation where the reception is empty almost all the time!! and each time I had to wait for the security to call them!! The workers are very slow and it takes ages to get something done like they are working for free!! The other issue was the laundry, it took more the 40 hours to get it back! The beach boys enter the hotel from the beach side and keep bothering us and ask for money, luckily the security came and stayed next to us. the electricity goes off 2 times a day due to the current situation, but they refuse to open the generator at the noon while when we had dinner in other hotels the generators were working. But the most frustrating part is when I asked them that I want to pay the room charges the night before the check out as I needed to check out earlier at 4:30 am to catch the train. They came to my room and locked the mini bar!! Like i would steal something from it! Seriously?? I told them you can check the minibar before I leave in the morning, out but they insisted to lock it, it seems like everyone is sleep at 4:30 am. I eventually spent the night without cold water!

Great location on a busy beach. Very comfortable room with generator to keep AC going. Pool was clean, and was on a nice beach for swimming. Restaurant had nice good and drinks were readily available. We wanted a hotel to relax at where we would not have to leave the area to find anything, and that’s what we found.

Pricey compared to other hotels, but the comfort and facilities was worth the cost. Some of the restaurant staff was slow in service and didn’t seem very enthusiastic to help guests.

The staff, especially at breakfast was a little unorganized and I had to wait more than an hour for my breakfast.
