The breakfast spread was nice. The room was comfortable. The parking space was okay and the reception entrance was nice. The person at the reception was very humble.

The Main door lock was too tight to use it. The toiletries were not available before entering the room, had to call and only received extra towels but no bath shower gel.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus and they allowed us too later check out because our flight was at night.The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Nothing this was the worst stay

Everything was worst than the other. Extremely poor service, ambience, leakage in washroom. 1 hour waiting for room service , asking for room payment twice and no ac in lobby and other area.

This was our second stay at this property and like the previous time, it did not disappoint us. It was a pleasant experience overall and served our purpose. The breakfast spread was reasonably good. In-room dining services were a huge help especially as we traveling with a kid.

The hotel might be short-staffed as we had to wait to get things done quite a bit, including the checking in which took a considerable amount of time. We were exhausted from a long flight and needed to crash. Likewise with the check-out.

Location was near to the Conscient School for my son soccer competition

Lack of shops in the vicinity. Hopefully malls will be built in the future as the area gets developed.
