Convenient location good bang for buck continental breakfast and coffee great staff I stay here Everytime I'm in portland

This is the most garbage place to stay in my entire life experience, choose the hotel because of the name brand of quality inn but totally disappointed, I don’t advice anyone to waste there money, the rooms are dirty, bad smell, beds are not comfortable, quality inn franchise people needs to visit and perform inspection.

Clean and comfortable. Staff very nice and accommodating. Parking ample and available. Breakfast. Minimal. Most often toast and biscuits or bagel. One day scrambled eggs. Never any kind of protein. I would suggest considering. All in all a nice stay

I am a pet owner and know when I'm not at home in my own yard to bring bags to clean up after my dog. I had someone approached me to tell me to take my dog out back cause they know I won't clean it up. I told them I was planning on cleaning up after my dog. My dog finished and I left to get breakfast and I was told I cannot bring my food to my room while guess complaining about me having a service animal in the eating area. Then on the morning of our departure they let me have breakfast in my room. Also our shower was filthy still had someone else hair all over it and the shower curtain had boogies on them and

Bed was hard Room smelled bad Room not clean Left at 2am and went home. Supposed to stay the night-wife in the hospital.

Average, we rented a kitchenette room, beds and pillows were comfortable and clean, it felt like we slept in the clouds. Bathroom not as good, shower curtain had mold. Coffee maker had old coffee grounds and the tray also had mold, we didn’t use it. There was a new fridge and even a dishwasher with pods in there, we were there for just a night so we didn’t test it. It looks like the room had just been recently renovated with the exception of the bathroom. I’d say it was good enough for what we needed, price was pretty good. NO bedbugs which is always a plus.

I would not recommend this motel to anyone. The pictures online arent for this place. The only picture that looked accurate was the outside main building and the check in area. The motel is very outdated. It reminded me of what a low income efficiency apartment would look like. At check in there is a typed up piece of paper hanging on the wall mentioning something about if you don't like the cleanliness of your room you have 20 mins. to recieve a refund, this should of been the first red flag. The "suite" had a mirror barely hanging on the wall, the floor had old paint stains and something sticky on it, the bathtub was dirty. There wasn't a locked main door to get to your room so anyone could walk up to your door. In the room, the back door lock in the sleeping area was broke off, it did not feel safe there. We basically walked through and didn't end up staying there. I should of taken pictures, I wish I took pictures but I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. Good luck getting a hold of the front desk. I called multiple times over a couple of days and nobody answered the phone. Someone however did answer on the reservation line, go figure. She transferred me to the main desk but still no answer, it would hang up after several rings. Read the reviews and steer away from this place.

The stay was great for the price! There was a mysterious stain in the bathtub but you can't have everything in this world.
