I usually don’t review but want to give a shout out to DesertPalms Hotel staff as they were awesome in taking of our family Breakfast great, very clean only wish they had a shuttle to Disney I know the ART picks up an drops off right next door but we never seemed to be able to catch it at right time Walking ok but when yiu get older as we are that walk after walking all day at Disney was hard however I still give them 5 stars

Hotel was good. Reasonable breakfast. Located in easy walking distance to Disney which was the biggest drawcard

This hotel is clean, in a nice area, convenient to restaurants and a short walk to Disneyland. They have a full breakfast bar with eggs, sausage, bacon, waffle bar, coffee, juice...it was perfect!I would definitely stay here every time I go to Disneyland. Great stay!

The staff was extra friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful! The room was clean and nicely made up upon arrival. The only thing is still post Covid no full house keeping daily, but they do trash and towels. Even with the mini service it was enough for us and we never needed any extras! There is a daily parking fee, so be prepared for that. DEFINITELY WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

Rooms very dated . Room had horrible moldy / very musty stink smell . Just felt like a dirty old overpriced close to Disneyland is probaly why they charge high . Beds not comfortable. Walls r thin can hear neighbors in all directions. First & last time we will stay there . We travel several times a yr to Disneyland & try out the different hotels . Much better hotels in same area .

The Front desk clerk was amazing! He was very polite and very thorough. He also suggestion some things to do! The room was clean and I the breakfast was amazing! I love the24 hour beverage bar in the main lobby that officer water and coffee. I will definitely book the Palms again! See you next year!

Bathroom toilet was broken, guest service wasn’t friendly as it has been in the past . Not much for breakfast

We stayed two nights and our room didn’t get cleaned. The ice maker was broken and we were unhappy with the service. Not booking here again.

Extra fees/charges over Expedia quoted rate. 30 minute line for check in. Room was not ready for check in at 6 PM.

Great convenience. Free breakfast! $28 for parking.

Wonderful

My entire family absolutely loved it here. Our room was adorable, clean and spacious. We hated to leave. It was conveniently close to Disneyland we walked there and back. Many good restaurants near by and shopping. The breakfast was great and had more options than expected. I have no complaints and i highly recommend this place to all. A

A nice option to stay

Everything was good. My room was big and really comfortable. Free breakfast excellent, hot, fresh and delicious.

Property is close to park. The rooms are just okay. This is the second time we have stayed here, the first we had a great room and loved the set up. This time, our room was very strange and seemed very closed off. It was long and had weird spaces that were not usable. We also found 3 spiders in the 3 days. The breakfast is nothing special.

Stayed 2 nights. Loved the bunk beds. Nice choice of rooms and accommodations. The breakfast was great! Good location for walking to Disneyland.

Great spot. Fit the whole family. Downside is the walls are thin. We had people running the halls and could hear every foot step from the ppl above us.

The carpet was wet from the AC, brought it up staff and nothing was done in the 3 days I stayed

Nice and clean

Not enough parking spots for all vehicles. We found previous occupants socks and underwear in room, TV remote did not work, AC did not cool quickly and on last day we had a cockroach in the bathroom. WILL NOT RETURN and when we checked out not much care by staff for these issues!

Friendly staff, excellent location and view. Breakfast is fairly good except not much daily variations. Love our room with king bed plus a double bunk bed!

Overall, nice hotel. Check-in at front desk, with Alex, was very unwelcoming. Made me feel as if I was not welcomed. If parking a car, be prepared! They will ask for all of your vehicles info, license, registration, VIN, names of your first born...etc. Rooms were nice and spacious, and I did not hear any noise from the outside streets. What I did hear though, which was even more annoying, was that that the AC kept turning off and on throughout the night - even though I had shut it off, and it showed OFF on the display. The condenser must have been just outside my window, and it was loud. And even more annoying is that it seemed to be "motion-controlled", so as soon as I would get up to shut it off again, I would hear a click and it would shut down on its own. Another little bit that I didn't consider to be on-the-level is that there are little signs and cards posted through out the rooms and the hotel encouraging you to scan a QR code and "leave a tip if you are enjoying your stay at the Disneyland Resort". It also states "It takes many hands to make the Magic Happen." OK, nice. But this IS NOT A DISNEY HOTEL. It's a misleading ploy to try and snatch a few extra dollars from vacationing families and discredits the hotel overall in my opinion.
