Decent price for a family room compared to others on offer. Room was to sleep 4 but was a double bed and a sofa bed - the room picture online showed multiple beds in the family room. The sofa bed didn't come with a duvet and only had a blanket. We rang down to get one but it never came. Room was warm enough but would have been nice to get it made as a proper bed.

Arrived at the hotel at 4.15pm to be told our room wasn't ready. We were then given vouchers for free drinks and asked to go to the bar where they would come get us when the room was ready (not ideal with a tired 11 year old who wasn't overly excited by the prospect of a free drink). 35 mins later we'd heard nothing, I went back to reception and low and behold our room was ready but no-one bothered to get us. Other than that our stay was average. Rooms were very warm and air-con wasn't great. Overall it was an ok stay but given check in time was 3pm we feel the service was poor

Love this hotel. Have stayed here many times. Was meeting friends I hadn't seen in a long time and thought this was the place to book. A little bit disappointed with our room...very small and cramped for 3 people. Had promoted the hotel so much...felt a little bit let down But we still had a fabulous time.. everything else fantastic

The staff was not helpful or courteous. We booked a room with a sofa but we got a room with extra bed. They kept insisting that it was a upgrade.

Although the hotel was very busy our room was very quiet. Hotel was within walking distance to everything we wanted

Staff pleasant and helpful. Our triple room was adequate with toiletries, kettle and room safe. The hotel was ideally situated for us being very close to the Europa bus terminal and starting point for bus tours of and out of the city.

Room smelled like smoke, didn’t feel like 4 star hotel, people were nice but getting service was not smooth or efficint, lack of refill of cups/coffee

Hotel staff was great. Condition of the room was 3 star at best. Stained carpet. Chipped or missing paint on bathroom door.

Parking on site indicated was apparently not available. There is not enough light on the room.

Very nice hotel. Front desk staff helpful. Conveniently located. Large parking facility around the corner. My only complaint was the not so friendly bar tender.

Had a great 1 night stay. Room was a good size and spotless. Staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Will definitely be back.

Excellent location, very close to transport links, dinning options, walkable local shops and coffee shops. Very close to hop on hop off bus stops.

The location of city centre was easily accessible, however, the area was very busy with traffic and foot traffic. The hotel itself was pleasant, and hotel staff were friendly. The partnered parking attendant was rude, and unclear with instructions - we ended up paying for parking due to having to exit the parking garage on arrival because we did not realize the difference of entering the garage with credit card instead of receiving a ticket stub (later discounted by the hotel). The hotel staff helped clear up this discrepancy. Unfortunately, the 24 hour room service options were not available over the weekend which was inconvenient after returning from a late concert.

Very good location for quiet base and easy access to amenities. However, in Room 443, there were two double beds sleeping for 4 adults. Insufficient refreshments and towels for the duration of stay, no hooks to hang clothing in shower and no mention that the room wouldnt be cleaned leaving rubbish to build up and cups and refreshments not replenished. Carpets were stained and could have done with a deep clean. The hotel is lovely otherwise.

Good location easy to get around the city from here as its on one of the main streets. we had a triple room and it was a decent size for three people and three proper beds (not a cot bed)

My niece and I stayed here and really enjoyed the location. R crisply chose this hotel because we were doing a tour and this was the location of the pickup. I would definitely stay here again
