Very hospitable. Comfortable room with all necessities

Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of shopping and restaurants down the road. Highways are right around the road to get to the stadiums and downtown.

Only complaint I have the carpet in the room is in need of a good cleaning it felt slimy and u had to wear slides when walking around or your feet or socks would have gotten nasty

Hotel was not too bad. It did have a bad smell of marijuana.

The bathroom ruined it for me. It was tiny, there was no vent fan, and the toilet needed fixed after every flush. With no vent fan everything was wet after a shower. Even the floor and counter. And stayed wet. It was so gross and frustrating. The toilet didn't stop running so you had to lift the handle to put it back in place after every flush. If you forgot and thought it was a normal working toilet you'd return hours later to it still running....loudly. Bathroom 0/10. Everything else was ok.

I checked-in with no problem and I used a discount site to get the room. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. they had a continental breakfast with biscuits and gravy and eggs.

Need better options for a grab and go breakfast. Also need to find a new coffee company.

I booked a 1 night stay here based on reviews. With such a high rating and the pictures posted, I thought we found a great deal. I was wrong. Upon walking in it seems clean, front desk staff is amazing, but going into the elevator to the room that all changed. Upon walking into the room, 2 flies were flying around, the room reaked of cat urine and stains on every surface. The bathroom sink was all cracked and throughout. The TV didn't work and the AC worked about as great as someone whispering next to you. The curtains were so filthy and full of holes. The lampshades looked like they had feces on them. The mattresses had what i assume to be urine stains on them. We did not stay and definitely wouldn't have ate breakfast there. If they allow the rooms to get so nasty, I couldn't imagine what the kitchen looked like. I have stayed at many Quality Inns in my life and I have never been so disgusted.

Smelled of smoke. Not very clean. Scary people. Asked for wake up calls and never got them.

Im not one to leave bad reviews. But there comes a time... starting with trash leftover from previous people in our room behind the night stand, which my friend thought was mine and almost drank. Volume of TV cuts out every minute. Any flush of the toilet led to a constant running toilet. Was fixed once after we couldnt take it anymore then after flushing again, same thing. Next day when I went down to complain there was a man yelling at the front desk person. Literally screaming. So I went back up to clean our room before leaving, came back. Man was still yelling, so I left. Called later and expressed my complaints. Asked to talk to a manager and was told I would get a call in my regards to one night of us not staying refunded. Its been 6 days no phone call and added attempts of requesting a phone call. Im more upset about the lack or management than the unclean room. I was told no refund. I get that this isnt a 5* hotel, but the basics...clean room, working amenities, some sort of customer service. Were not met. Therefore the bad review and upset customer. Not only did I take a loss on the night stay at Quailty Inn. I had to pay a high rate for a last minute booking at another hotel close by. I am still wanting to talk to a manager, but from what I saw, they probably have a book of people patiently waiting for a call as well. If this is how you run a business....good luck.

The hotel needs some updates. Parts of the floor sink when you walk. Water stains on ceilings. But it was safe and reasonably clean. Pool was clean.

Was in good location but it is old and no updated plugins. There was a multi plug which looked very old and was afraid to use it

The location was perfect as we had to be at surgery center next door at 5:30am. The man at desk was nice & came to our room due to our TV not operating. This was 1st Quality Inn I was ever at that was more like a motel. The room was enough for our needs. We did not get to use the pool or have opportunity to have breakfast due to our early check out.

It was okay, the guy at the front desk that greeted us when we got in was rude and not so friendly.

The room wasn’t very clean. There was some trash on the floor and the sheets and pillow cases had brown spots all over them and they didn’t look clean. The ac unit leaked water all over the floor. The first morning we went to breakfast(not many options)when we went back to our room our keys wouldn’t work anymore and had to get new keys for the rest of the stay.

Just akward having owners and workers stand over you at breakfast and correct others on how to make their plate and take tally of every egg and waffle you eat. There is supervision then there is this place.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was really comfortable! Delicious breakfasts with lots of choices. Really close to shopping, restaurants, easy to access from highway.

This was the perfect place to stop for the night on the way to our next destination.

Air conditioning did not work in the lobby and our room keys stopped working 2 times and had to get new keys each time.

The property was dirty in every corner. The curtains had a thick layer of dust on them. The carpeted floor was sticky. It smelled like they had sprayed something in the room to cover up an odor. The vent in the bathroom had an excessive amount of dust on it. The bathroom floor had dirt all around the edges. This room needs a deep cleaning, along with the rest of the hotel. It is priced mid-range, but it is bottom level accommodations. They ran out of yogurt by 7:45 am. There was no fruit at all.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The rooms were basic but nice and I loved the pool. The pool loungers could use a replacement, two of them were broken.

It was a great place to stop for the night. Clean and friendly staff.
