It was reasonably priced, room was clean and nice, good service daily, carpet in hall was pretty old, but the room was nice.

The place is in a good location for what we were doing But we did not get to our room till after 5:30 check in was at 4 and they had no explanation not even an apology about it we drove 10 hours and we needed rest and a shower and we waited over an hour and 1/2 for our room they said the pool was heated not it was freezing. Our shower was ice cold and there is only 1/2 door the fridge was not even on in the room I had to fix it from behind it and we found a unopened comdon in the drawer so they do not clean every part of the room and parking is 46.00 a day on top of the price of the room

I have previously stayed at this property and had an excellent experience. Unfortunately this time around the property looked worn, hallway carpet was in horrid condition, bathroom door had bad water damage along the bottom and the beds were doubles not queens and not very comfortable. Disappointed since its location makes it a great option and the property is a beautiful French quarter building. Hopefully they will invest some and do some upkeep soon.

Great location in the French Quarter. Easy walking distance to restaurants, Royal and Bourbon Streets, and Jackson Square. Small marketplaces nearby for picking up snacks, etc. Beds were comfy and room temperature stayed steady even in high heat. Shower was a tiny bit snug but still ok. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and happy to make the most of your vacation..

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.

The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops. Its about a 3 minute walk to the main streets. The block itself is quiet. The pool is cute and the staff was very friendly.

Excellent location if you are visiting the French Quarter, you can walk to just about anywhere within 10 minutes. The staff and especially Mr. Eddie the concierge were so friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had was no coffee in the main lobby. No breakfast either. There is however, a restaurant/bar about a block and a half away that opens at 9 o’clock for breakfast. I really could’ve used a cup of coffee in the morning though. Also, there is a ton of construction going on right now in New Orleans and the French Quarter so if you’re driving, there are tons of detours and the streets are a mess right now.

We would definitely stay here again. The area seemed safe. It was an extremely convenient location to both Bourbon and Canal streets, as well as dining and shopping options. The only thing that we weren’t happy with was the construction going on in the pool area. There was scaffolding in a sizable portion of the area where the lounge chairs should be. We were so busy in New Orleans that we didn’t have much time to go to the pool anyway. However, if our vacation had been more centered around lounging at a pool, we would have been highly disappointed.
