Friendly staff .clean great breakfast was looking forward to hot tub after long drive and it was not in service and pool was very cold.

The pillows smelled, bathroom counter was falling off the wall, stains on the curtains.

Location is in the industrial area. Stairs carpet was dirty. Hallway smells a bit weird.

Staff didn’t service the room on day 2. Took dogs out & still didn’t service the room without complaining to the front desk. Then didn’t clean the sink or stool. Had to get my own towels from front desk. Hot tub shut down day 2 with no reason given.

Check in was very easy and the gal was super nice! I was a little disappointed after I checked in to see that the hot tub wasn't available to use, that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. I was looking forward to relax in it and enjoy my alone time but instead stayed in my room.

Hard to get there

The room was in terrible condition. The sheer curtains had weird dark brown stains all over them, the bathroom had a crack in the toilet that was glued, cheap stick on vinyl on the wall that was falling off, tub was dirty. Hottub was empty with caution tape around it and pool did not look clean. Would never stay here again

Location is good but not worth $116/night. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Bathroom was dirty and only 1 towel, 2 washcloths, 1 hand towel (was stained with grease). Only 1 roll of toilet paper that was half gone.Hot tub was not working. When we requested more towels we were told we had to come get them.

The pool was ice cold and I am not exaggerating. The hot tub was not up and functioning because the manager basically told us he didn’t feel like it. Then in our room we finally had hot water for showers after our third shower. To say the least this was the worst stay in a hotel for us in a long time especially when our kids were looking forward to a winter getaway to a pool and hot tub. To say the least we will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

The heater I had to reset before it would even turn on. The desk was wobbly with a leg not even attached to it and it fell on my infant. Had someone knocking at my door an hour before the stated check out time and then they had my key turned off before check out as well so I had to go back to the front desk to get my key working in order to even get back in while trying to load my car up.

I liked everything

This is the third hotel booked with hotels.com in the last two months that doesn’t have an accurate hotel description. I won’t book any additional rooms with you. This hours was Smokey, dirty, rooms and beds in terrible condition, hot tub was broken, pool cold, breakfast was a joke. So dirty there and good is not packaged so we didn’t eat not knowing if it was contaminated with dirt and germs. Staff was rude.

Front desk is unavailable from midnight till 6am. Room was a non smoking but they had a plastic bag over the smoke detector. There are cameras EVERYWHERE and signs on each entry door that state "the security cameras AREN'T for security but solely for operational purposes"; like what?! The coffe maker still had the previous guests used coffe pod in it, the paper coffee cup had also been used. The pillows are comically sized for a king bed. Overall not a terrible choice and better than the crackrock inn (Redrock Inn) next door that I stayed at a week earlier on my way thru town but definitely wouldnt be my first choice in the future.

Our room smelled stale. The faucets in the bathroom sink and tub leaked. The picture in the room, the glass was cracked. We could here the people above us most of the night. Cars coming were very loud.

for the age of facility $50 a night would be more in line with condition of properties and exterior,
