We had a great stay. The restaurant downstairs, Coastal Salt has great food. Great location, you can enjoy walks up and down the boardwalk.

Wonderful stay for five nights, can’t beat being right on the boardwalk with convenient walkout access to the boardwalk and beach. Staff were friendly and helpful, pools were meticulously cleaned every morning, and we truly enjoyed our stay! The check in process was a bit much since everyone had to wait till between 3-4pm, which caused a traffic jam in the lobby and elevators, but it really wasn’t bad. Would absolutely stay here again!

The location and pools are excellent. Room was nice, spacious and relatively clean. The Rum Bar is a nice friendly asset to staying at this location. What we had an issue with is the smoking around the property. Did not utilize balcony due to people smoking below us.

One elevator totally broke entire 3 days, second elevator has a mind of its own. Housekeeping never made the beds just brought towels.

This is one of the older properties they own in OC and while it is clean, it is dated. Staff is absolutely wonderful and it’s a great location on the boardwalk. Restaurant and tiki bar are good.

The hotel was a bit older and needs some updating. Overall, our stay was good.

We had an oceanfront room with balcony and amazing view. The pool area was nice . Dissatisfied that room was antiquated and the door was broken. Twice we came back to our room and found the door unlocked and not completely shut. This left us and our valuables unsecured Maintenance came promptly but the door was not fixable. We had to push in a screw on the door plate and really pull hard to lock it . We were told new door coming but that didn’t help us!! Pull out bed was awful. Housekeeping was lacking. Bare minimum. Overall I think it was overpriced…

Everything was absolutely amazing with our stay! The restaurant is super good as well. Loved the little pool shack with drink options. Was the best orange crushes on the whole boardwalk. The room was clean and the entire staff were so friendly. Indoor and outdoor pool, super cool hot tub with a water fall. All around best stay we have had somewhere in a while. We will be back!

The front desk as well as bar/restaurant staff was pleasant. The hotel needs updating. Furniture is old, beds lumpy to the point that my body was in pain during our stay and after checkout. Coffee, toiletries cheapest possible where it’s better that they not offer it at all. Linens clean, no complimentary water. We still enjoyed our stay but definitely not worth the hundreds of $ per night.

Great stay, nice staff. Parking was kind of a pain at times. Room was clean but heads up if you get a room with a kitchen: you need to bring paper towels, a sponge/ wash cloth, and my room only had small pots and no colander, so cooking for a whole group was a little challenging. Elevator on the left side is down, so to get to our section of the building with luggage, we had to go through the main section and across. Not a big deal, but being an active family and having to go up and down 4 flights of stairs about 20 times a day was definitely a little much. Other than that, great location, clean, friendly staff. No complaints

Great location. Parking can fill up quickly and one might have hard time finding a spot. Let us into hotel early which is unusual for OC. Good location and two nice pools right on the boardwalk.

Room was wonderful! The kitchenette was super clean and provided all that was needed. King size bed was so comfortable slept like a baby! The bathroom was a little outdated but hey that’s the last thing I was worried about. The balcony with view of the ocean and boardwalk was beautiful and allowed us to enjoy quiet moments taking in the view. Will be returning ❤️

The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was above average for the most part and the view, fabulous. There was a slight odor that I covered up with perfume. The room could use a smell good. The sleeper sofa matress was ridiculously thin and needed replacement.
Overall, we were happy with our stay. We'd stay again.

This hotel is in dire need of a renovation! It's in a great location but just very very dated. Staff were not friendly at all. Front desk acted like he didn't want to be there at check in. All employees we encountered wouldn't even speak back when we said hello. Will not be back with other options on both sides better than this one. Giving an honest review because the other reviews seemed to be fake.

Overpriced for what it was. Limited parking. Took Uber and Lyft because we were afraid to lose our spot. 2 elevators for building and 1 was broken for 2 of our 3 days there. We were on the 8th of 9 floors with a toddler. Water didn’t go down in tub. Maids didn’t make beds.

It was not bad at all. As far as the horel its self we had zero issues however it wouldnt hurt if they had pepsi machine instead or in addition to the coke machines.

Walking distance from most OC attractions and in spite of being on the boardwalk and right next to the outside pool, when we closed the porch’s sliding door the room was silent. Thank you Wuality Inn.
