The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The room was great for a place to sleep. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were small. The room was clean and it looks like they have remodeled a bit. The air conditioner didn’t work well and smelled like mold when you turned it on. We had a wheelchair accessible room, but there was nothing accessible about it. I couldn’t fit my wheelchair through the bathroom door. I am able to walk a little ways, so I could get in. There were no grabs bars or anything around the toilet or bathtub area. If you need a place to sleep go for it. Otherwise, spend a bit more money on someplace a little more comfortable.

For the price I paid for it, I was actually pleasantly surprised. Of course the property was kinda older and there really weren't any amenities that you'd typically find in a hotel, the room was incredibly inexpensive and had everything you need to stay the night. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and it felt safe. It appears they might in the process of remodeling because there were a few things that appeared unfinished, like the trim around the sink area for example. But it was just esthetics, everything worked fine.

Bathroom towels were excellent!

Good price; pet friendly at no extra cost. Exterior/halls not cleanest but room was clean & comfortable. No parking for trailer but adjacent property allowed parking for free

The hotel was decent inside the room but the ac unit needing to be serviced made the room Extremely warm and uncomfortable.

Rooms were nice. The stairs had no handrails at all. That was bad for us. Outside needs ashtrays and some cleanup. Other than that everything was fine

I didnt like anything, i played the slot machines they had, and i won 300.00 and they didnt have the money to pay me that night so the next morning when i went to get paid they said I owed them from before for something so t hry only paid me 1110 of the 300 i actually won, theives

The building is a bit run down. It staff is very helpful!

The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. I like the laminate floors. The water filter was very nice with hot & cold options. Halls, carpet and doorways were a bit run down. It seems like they were remodeling though. The stairs to the 2nd floor were awful.

Quick and friendly check in. Rooms looked updated and clean. Easy access to bike trails and restaurants. Halls and rooms were quiet

Worst hotel i have ever seen. I was directly across from the outside side door. There were no locks between me and the outside. The room smelled like urine and was unkept. I demanded my money back and left without staying. The desk person offered a different room...but tha only makes me further down the hall from the broken open outside door. Do not stay here!!

Cheap hotel, ice machine no ice, some long term residents there. Close to college and hospital.

It was a place to go and sleep, just averages, nothing special. Not enough towels, i saw crack on bathroom wall, maybe it wasn't notice, but i did. I recommend it for a place to go sleep, but what i didnt like was, the price was over charge... for what i paid over the weekends, i would expect more, just my 2cent. (I put in a dollar and got one stick of gum...if you know what i mean)..

Under construction, air conditioner did not work

Overcharged but allegedly reimbursed. As mentioned by others, the a/c didn’t work. Also as mentioned door to back parking lot left unlocked all night. No batteries in remote for TV. Not even coffee offered in the morning. Construction debris down the entire length of the hall that could easily have been vacuumed but no one bothered. Sheets thin and torn. Toilet appeared to not have been scrubbed in a long time-ring around water line. Bad odor in room especially around sink. Staff was helpful and friendly though.

The condition of this hotel is such that it should not be open and running. Totally unacceptable.

The price was right and once I got there I could see why…. They were in the process of an update… new carpets, room facelifts etc. the front desk was also amidst an overhaul. My room was updated and all was satisfactory there, however the side door entry was not secure and I worried about my car getting broken into. I woke up and my car was ok.

Loud! Did not sleep at all. Building is under a full remodel and the desk made it sound like they were fixing up one room. We could not even leave our room at one point, booked and paid for two nights, left after one and paid $300 somewhere else rather than go back.

So disgusting and dirty we never stayed! They have cats living in the rooms and very dirty looking just on the outside. I better not get charged for this since we didn't stay. The plane should be shut down

Wheelchair accessibility for the handicap really needs to be taken a look at because they don't have it and for somebody who is handicapped that could be dangerous and it's very hard and when you're paying the money you're paying at that hotel you should at least have wheelchair accessibility let's not mention the cleanliness the dirtiness that I'm also paying for

The bathroom was filthy. Hair all over the bathtub. The mirror was filthy. Can tell it has not been cleaned in forever. There were things left on the bed from previous people like hairbands in the bed. Air barley worked. The building is not secure even all the doors in the back alley you don't need a key to get into. I would NEVER stay here again. This place is disgusting!

They are making updates to an older hotel. All was good except there wasn’t a working tv.

First of all I arrived around 4PM to check-in but was told there would be a 20-minute wait, because the room was not ready. Secondly, there was no cups for water or an ice bucket left. Finally. the bed was hard and only one thin blanket. It was quiet.
