This was a great property!

Checkin was good, fast and friendly and they accommodated our request AND we go to check in early Wichita was important for our schedule BUT Room was dirty and out of shape — the towels and shower curtain had hair on them, the toilet was not attached to the wall and when you got up it moved ! And the bathtub was dirty and skanky and the enamel was peeling. The shower dripped all night long and leaked onto the floor and could not be turned off. The force was not level and rocked. The luggage storage area was good and outliets on the desk area. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and soft and the room was spacious. For the price I was overall disappointed. The breakfast was good and the dining are was good

Wonderful hotel. Newer property and very modern room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Only two minor issues—self-serve breakfast area was small and very crowded and the only ice machine was on the first floor (we were on 3). Other than that a great motel.

It was a good stay.

The desk attendant mistakenly charged my card for a renewal. However, after many telephone calls to my bank, the Wyndham Corporate offices, and Hotels.com in addition to several visits to the hotel desk clerk, the matter was resolved relatively quickly. The power in the room failed four times. The breaker kept tripping. I was told my room was the only one with this problem. The management offered to move me, but I was leaving the next day, tired, and 55+. It would have been a major inconvenience. Paula, the morning/afternoon desk clerk was kind enough to offer to check the breaker box often during her shift to make sure there was no tripping. She is a kind young lady and very supportive of guest needs. However, when the afternoon/evening desk clerk, Nick, reported for duty the power went down two times. When I called and asked him to check the breaker box, he raised his voice at me and said he was busy checking in guests and that he would get to it whenever he had time. I reminded him I too am a guest. He could stand to learn better customer service skills. The cleaning is awful. There were four cobwebs in my room, a piece of candy, a dried pasta shell, a large dead insect, and a piece of candy wrapper on the carpet when I checked in. There were also four caterpillars in my room and food flies during the last few days of my stay.

I really like the upgrade and the the large rooms.

Cleanliness is a real problem here. There were cobwebs under the desk, over the window curtain, over the television, and the bed. The television has food or drink splatter on the screen. The microwave door on the inside was not cleaned. They do not offer all cable political network channels. The carpet had a small piece of candy and pasta shell that had not been vacuumed. The top drawer had food crumbs. The clothes hook on the bathroom door is broken. The bathroom sink hot water takes a long time to heat up. There was a partial loss of power in my room four times. I killed four caterpillars. Two were in the bathroom and two by the HVAC unit. The free breakfast did not include any fruit the first week. The second week was only apples.The worst part is my card had an unauthorized room charge. I was told the desk clerk mistakenly charged my room vice another. Ensure you keep an eye on your banking while you stay here. Had I not checked mine the very day the charge was posted I would not have known to later. On the other hand, the rooms are spacious. They are beautifully decorated. The furnishings look new. The flooring and carpets look new and are in great condition. The parking is ample and free.

Bathroom floor and tub were dirty and gritty. Hair dryer did not work properly. Huge roach-like bug in hallway, but they took care of that after staff was told. Overall it was quiet at night.

It was great price and location was good for alot of dinning options. Easy to get to downtown williamsburg

Very poor customer service!

Great for a stay for the price while visiting family. Fresh new pillows and bedding. Renovated room Only wish the gym was bigger and the pool was nicer

Hotel was okay. The room had a musty smell and was very humid. We were also directly beside the gym and could hear people slamming things.

Pleasant stay

The room wasn’t very clean. There was a lot of dirt and foot prints on the floor. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet. There was mold in the bathtub, the bath tub was peeling and there was no plug for the drain. The toilet seat was hanging half off the toilet. Now I will say the beds were comfy. The ac worked great and it was nice and quiet in the room. The parking situation kind of sucked with me having a service dog we had to park pretty far from the front door and walking in. I have tons of photos of the issues but the attach photo button isn’t working below.

Incredibly dirty bathrooms!!

We were on the fourth floor and there was an almost stifling smell of chlorine. Staff was loud in the morning. Kind of felt rushed to get out. Bed was comfortable room was clean.

An outdated facility.

Overall the hotel and stay was great only issue I had was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The floor was visibly dirty and while showering it was urine and dirt around the bottom of the toilet
