Very smooth experience. I was in the city for a two day business trip which was very hectic. The hotel was superb and staff were very warm and helpful.

This is a beautifully appointed hotel and is very well located. The staff is very professional and courteous. The only negative is that one cannot blow dry their hair in the washroom but rather one has to open the closet door where there is a mirror, etc.-very uncomfortable.

Loved our stay at Le Burgundy! It was a wonderful, beautiful boutique hotel with a great staff and service. Wonderful attention to details - from welcome treat to restocked, complimentary mini bar- and warm but not overly fussy decor. Small but lovely pool is a treat and breakfast and bar snacks are delicious (then restaurant they come from has a Michelin star). Every staff member was friendly, helpful and lovely. Loved being close to Madeleine (street and metro station) and lots of shops. Easy walk to Vendôme, Jardin, Louvre etc. yet on a quiet side street.
Overall, a great hotel and highly recommend.

Le Burgundy is an exquisite boutique hotel conveniently located in near Place Vendome in Paris. The service is first class. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool and spa was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone.

Location -- in Arrondisement 1 -- is phenomenal for those in Paris for shopping purposes. Room were clean, neat and very chic. Staff were excellent, very helpful, and service-oriented. Could not recommend a place more highly within its range.

Fantastic location for the hotel. The staff is very knowledgeable about the area and able to provide great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. I came here after working the Olympic Games and needed to relax for a night.

Le Burgundy is a boutique hotel located in a great location (the 1st arrondissement), walking distance to the Louvre, Champs Elysee and a metro station. The rooms are spacious for a hotel in Europe and the beds or super comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that our room (105), although loveley, was right above the bar so the music would come through a bit but I was so exhausted from our day, I would pass out (normally I'm a super light sleeper). I would recommend!

My room was small but this hotel had wow all over it. It was beautifully decorated and the staff were friendly and professional. It just felt good being there. Staying at this hotel was the best part of our vacation. I was surprised at just how good it was because I’ve stayed at some very nice places.

The staff went above and beyond continuously. Even when we had a minor issue it was taken care of immediately after they were notified. With evening going on in Paris for the Olympics, they made our stay.

Le Burgundy is the best kept secret in Paris. 5 star hotel, boutique hotel, located steps from St Honoré and the Louvre. We always stay here on our trips to Paris. The staff is the best, attentive, friendly and always helpful. The rooms are beautifully decorated, we were lucky enough to have a room with a full patio to enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend!

We liked the duplex suite we got very much. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast and dinner at the Michelin restaurant inside the hotel. The staff was also extremely friendly. Overall we would recommend without reservations.

I stayed with my husband and two children. Nicola at reservations was very kind and upgraded us to an apartment for more space. The service was excellent all the staff were very accommodating and very nice. The location is incredible…. I will really recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and exceptional service! Very well kept and luxurious! My only complaint is that Ubers couldn’t drop or pick up in front of the hotel bc the road is closed off.

My family and I had multiple 'surprise and delight' moments throughout our stay. We arrived at noon, expecting to drop off our luggage and were pleasantly surprised when we were able to enter our room early. We stayed in the Apartment suite and loved every minute of it.

My wife and I stayed at a suite in Le Burgundy. From start to finish our stay was perfect. Marie at the check was wonderfully helpful with nothing being too much trouble. The hotel was clean, modern and luxury in a fantastic location close to many attractions.
