Hotel was booked January's 2024 for parade booked room with balcony on street.. when we checked in they tried to put us on a room not on street. Hotel wasn't the cleanest.. my daughters room had mold in shower. Our toilet was very slow flushing had to request a plunger..

The first room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. They upgraded us to a different room. The room was clean, but extremely dated and needing repair the building is very old and needing a major update. For the price we paid i would have expected more. The breakfast was a good basic milk, juice? Coffee and dried cereal and breads

This an older hotel. It needs a good remodeling. It was clean and staff was friendly.

Wonderful staff. First time we ran the hot water, we had to run it for about 5 minutes. As this was not our first stay, we were given an upgrade.

Very dirty would never stay here again

The bedroom looks fine, however bathroom was bit of mess,. Bathtub was not clean, room carpet felt sticky, also we couldn't close bathroom door completely. For a premium price that they charged during labour day weekend we had underwhelming experience..

I’m not one to leave scathing reviews, I usually just live and let live. After my stay here last week, I feel obligated to warn other people to find somewhere else, lest you find yourself in my same situation! We need 3 beds when we travel, so naturally when booking online, we always make sure to book rooms with either three beds, a pullout sofa, or an available rollaway. Room doesn’t have three? No problem, we move on and find one that does, nothing personal. This night we had a late check in after a long drive, we checked in, went up to our room, and… no third bed, no sofa bed. My husband went to the front desk to ask about it since the listing on Expedia said it could sleep five. The front desk attendant was very angry and practically yelled at my husband that their hotel ONLY sleeps 4 max! And that it was Expedia’s fault that it listed 3 beds! And they DO NOT have accommodations such as rollaways! He left the front desk to ask me what i wanted to do (check out, find another hotel?), but it was so late, we just wanted to sleep. I went down to the desk to ask for an extra set of bedding to make up on the floor. Attendant disappeared for several minutes. Came back and handed me a roll of bedding. I went back to the room, unrolled it and realized that the whole roll of sheets and blankets was half wet. Almost as if it was taken out of the dryer before it was dry. I do not know if it was on purpose, but dang. If it hadn’t been so late, I would have gone back.
