Great location, good breakfast bar, quiet, and the workout room was good.

The stay was lovely. The room was large, clean and well appointed. Staff members were pleasant. The only problem was with the water for the shower. It was disappointing because the water stream started out cool to cold and it took almost 20 minutes to come to a comfortable temperature for a shower. We spoke to the shift clerk who said there was no maintenance person on-site. My husband and I made due. It didn’t appear that the hotel was completely booked creating a deficit of hot water. We would stay again if the hot water supply was sufficient for a comfortable shower.

Rooms were clean and spacious. It was a reunion weekend for family and we were able to visit easily in the lobby area and among the rooms.

No maintenance at all. Booked a suite and was provided a downgraded room. Insects flying around - dirty furniture. Pathetic experience

My room was excellent; clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, nice workout room. There is a little bar in the lobby which is very nice if you want a quick drink. It was a little cool to use the outdoor pool, but it looked ok. I will stay again at this hotel for sure!

This was fine for a quick, inexpensive overnight as I was visiting a friend who lived nearby. The hallway carpet as well as the carpet in my room was well worn and probably needs to be replaced. Room was clean, but felt and smelled damp, could've used a dehumidifier.

Our AC wouldnt stay on for longer than a few minutes at a time so it wouldnt cool off in our room. I let the gentlemen know up at the front and he immediately got his tools and came and fixed it for us. It was working within a few minutes. The same guy allowed all the kids to jump in the pool one last time before cloaing it down for the night and made their whole day. Wish i had gotten his name because he was awesome. Our overall stay was amazing.

The two young men at check-in were very friendly and informative about the hotel amenities. Our room was nice and spacious. The smell in the hallways and room was annoying. It smelled old and stale; we think the carpet needs cleaned. The one time I forgot to bring my Lysol spray was at the time the place needed it. The light in Room 300 kept flicking on and off over the sink area near the bathroom. It may need a light bulb change. The bed was very comfortable. I love the TV size and how it swivels depending on what part of the room you are in. I did not like the channels available. It would be nice to have had OWN or BET. Too many sports and new channels and not a lot of movie channel options. I don’t want to rent a movie. Would have been nice to connect to my Netflix account. The breakfast selection was nice. I had waffles, eggs, and potatoes. The cook did burn the potatoes and I couldn’t mask the burnt taste with ketchup. Apple juice was delicious! Plenty of space to sit in the area. I wish there was an option to check out the TV. The overweight lady that was at checkout was RUDE. I said Good Morning to her on the way to breakfast, she barely wanted to respond. Then, at checkout, she gave another dry greeting and was annoyed that I wanted a receipt. She wanted to stay seated and getting a receipt required her to move. She needs some customer service etiquette classes and diversity, equity, and inclusion training. Overall, it was an average experience.

Hyatt Place is my go-to chain hotel when travelling. The staff have always been incredibly friendly, I appreciate the on-site bar and food options, and I love the size and layout of the rooms.

Everything was good. I feel microwaves in the rooms would be fantastic. I am hoing to complain about the breakfast both days we were there. We were only offered scrambled eggs and sausage links for the "hot" breakfast. We normally eat waffles, potatoes, and real bacon bits...needless to say, very disappointing. Please check into this. Several other guests felt the same way. It is included in the stay, they need to correct this. Also, the desk manager on duty was not very HR personable.

There were computer problems upon check in so we couldn't get room keys. The front desk clerk let us into our room through so we didn't have to wait for the computers to come back up. Our room was clean but set up weird. Bathroom was super small. The towel rack was in the shower with clean towels stacked on it. You almost had to stand in the tub to close door for the bathroom. There was no bathroom fan so the bathroom got pretty smelly. Also with 5 people showering multiple times between my son's many basketball games and trips to the swimming pool the bathroom got super damp. The walls stayed moist the whole duration of our stay. There's no microwave in the rooms. We travel a lot for AAU basketball and usually bring tv dinners and microwavable noodles and such. There was only 1 microwave in the lobby that weren't allowed to use the whole day The breakfast was very minimal. Scrambled eggs and sausage mostly. There was watered down orange juice, sausage that wasn't cooked long enough, and no pancakes or bagels. Swimming pool was nice and clean.

This is a friendly, well-kept hotel with a friendly staff.

The property is a little older, so the rooms have weathered a few storms. Rusty hinges, peeling wall paper in areas, mismatched window dressings. Despite this, the hotel was comfortable and in a good location for the activities we had planned. We would probably stay again. The breakfast was not the best but also not the worst.

Tub was unstable , almost felt like it was going to fall through to the next floor , needs to be braced . Breakfast was disappointing, bacon bits really !!!!!!!

when we arrived we noticed there was still trash over the floor near the bed. The room felt very humid and our sheets were damp. Our whole floor including our room smelled like smoke and weed when it was nonsmoking. This was definitely not an 8 star hotel nor did it live up to what they advertised the rooms to be.

Hotel was good. Breakfast was not great, but not bad. Coffee was hot. Ran out of regulqr on day 1, but had plenty the rest of the stay. Would likely stay again.

The hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance. Only one elevator worked and it sounded like it was about to break. Every time we got in, it wasn't as impressed as I usually have been with the service or the condition of the hotel needs help
