First class stay, staff go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. Unrivalled breakfast views in dining room. Perfectly located underground for underground … take the U1 and it is straight on your left on arrival.

Fantastic location

Very modern amenities (elevator access, rooms), friendly and helpful staff, breakfast included was fresh and nice variety, location was fantastic- right across from St. Stephen’s cathedral. Our room was upgraded (nice surprise) with a gorgeous view of the church. Well insulated rooms - could not hear the hustle and bustle from the going’s on down at street level (we were on the 4th floor). Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location directly across from the Dom with many restaurant options and the U1 and U3 lines of the Ubahn. Walkable to many museums and historical spots. Would stay again. It's superb location can mean crowds in the plaza during the day. Very helpful staff.

Loved staying in this lovely hotel in the center of the old city of Vienna. It was excellent by every standard from the hotel staff to the quality of the stay. I look forward to returning time and again.

Wonderful hotel and staff

I liked everything about this boutique hotel. It was finished to a very high standard, very well located and excellent staff. There is not one thing i can fault about the hotel. The breakfast and service were also excellent. I would gladly stay there again and would highly recommend to friends and family. It was recommended to me by friends who had stayed previously and did not disappoint.

Fantastic establishment. We arrived 7 hours late due to flight delays from the USA and they staff was beyond kind and helpful. Upgraded us to room with view of Stephansdom. WHAT A VIEW! Rooms clean, staff polite, breakfast cafe in AM marvelous. great for families with children, and the location is spectacular. WE WILL BE BACk.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great central location. But the best thing about it is the staff. My husband had a medical emergency and he ended up in the emergency room, Vienna city hospital. The staff was incredibly helpful to me, helping me arrange a few extra nights, and being overall very, very helpful and supportive. I will always be grateful to them.

Our family booked a stay at this hotel at the end of an almost three week trip to Europe. The hotel helped us arrange a private transfer from the airport and greeted us by name when we walked into the lobby. There is absolutely nothing I can say that this hotel can improve. It was clean and very comfortable with exceptional service. The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast at a hotel I have ever seen…fresh squeezed juices, gourmet cheese and meats, smoked salmon, scrambled and boiled eggs, fresh fruit, fresh pasteries and bread and even a yogurt bar. Freshly made coffee was also included…cappuccinos, americano…you name it. The location is perfect (with a beautiful view of St. Stephen’s Church) and is about a ten minute walk to most sites in Vienna. I didn’t want to leave and might return to Vienna just to stay in this hotel. It’s everything you could want.

terrific property and excellent staff on every level. front desk was sincerely looking to help out and make the stay enjoyable. the breakfast staff was so friendly and smiley and attentive. the food options at breakfast were nice and had lots of yogurt and juice options. the hotfood and cheeses were delightful. the coffee specialty drinks were ok, but much better than just a cup of coffee. housekeeping was very friendly and did a nice job.

Excellent location. Room is great. I would rate 5 stars if they can fix the threshold at the room door. I tripped every time I stepped out of the room. And the sauna is not very friendly to use.

From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like Kings! They were so accommodating, helpful, and so kind. The room was perfect, clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was superb! The location is in a prime location to see the inner ring, but also venture out. My husband and I were so happy and the room was great. We would tell everyone to come back to this hotel or try it! They do everything for you and I cannot state enough how great the staff were. It made our entire stay enjoyable and able to relax. 5 stars!!!!

Great location for this hotel. The room was nice and well equipped and breakfast was wonderful. Can’t beat the view of the St Stephan’s outside the windows. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff are so kind and helpful. The room is very tastefully decorated with plenty of storage and space. The breakfast is unbelievable - so much fresh food and many options. Location couldn't be better. The church outside is beautiful. There's a ton of shopping near the hotel and plenty of great places to eat. This was one of our favorite hotels ever.
