The property is not maintain well and the rooms ran down. However the staff is very nice and address your concerns

Nice clean room. Quiet too

It was. Horrible the room was disgusting.The bed couldn't sleep in It felt like the bed was 30 years old.I was not happy very disappointing.

Maid service didn't come around and ask if I needed towels soap shampoo . Everyday I had to ask them and still didn't get any towels soap or shampoo .

Pool

We booked 2 rooms. 1 room upstairs was decent, the other room downstairs had to be moved twice due to mold. The 3rd room we ended up with still had mold smell, roaches & pubic hair on the towels. We didn’t discover the roaches & shower mold until the rest of the family who was supposed to stay in that room arrived in the morning. One roach was bold enough to be running nascar laps around the inside of the sink & he had a friend in the shower & 2 more just hangin’ out above the beds on the wall. The room connected to another room & the dividing door wouldn’t stay closed, very unsafe if a stranger was in the other room!! The pool had caution tape around it so the kids wouldn’t have been able to use it. There were also sketchy people who most likely live there, hanging in the halls & on the stairs. We immediately checked out once the sun was up, less than 6hrs of arriving to the hotel. Online pictures are decieving so we took our own. They are refusing to refund the last 2 nights & the number goes to an outsourced call center instead of the hotel & they hang up on you. An all around unpleasant experience & we were only there a few hours total.

The hotel is fabulous. The staff was outstanding and the location is great as matter fact I’ve already done a review on trips.com because it was a fabulous stay and Crystal the staff at the front was very helpful. I definitely recommend them. It was great.

place was nice but the gym was out of order that was not ok but over all nice

Kind of run down for a Laquita property

A horror movie come true. Roaches in the room, addicts in corridors and parking lots. Most of the rooms are broken .. the bathroom, or the a/c. The rug has multi color stains, and odors. Also they charge 75$ for a deposit they promised to return (the never do). Sorry but it's true, so I don't need to review it. Any questions, just call me

Unfriendly staff, the room reeked of furniture polish, and the entire property smelled like weed.

The worst services hotel in the world! Stay away from the La Quinta! No cleaning, no new towels or soaps for 5 days straight…,totally nightmare… even I called the front desk 5 times for two days straight DrVu

Horrible the only good thing was a friendly staff. Room was dirty. AC didn’t cool the room. We decided to leave in middle of the evening.

The condition of the property was not reflective of the information provided on the Hotels.com website. AC was very noisy, and the property looked run down. Pool was closed. It was very affordable, and close to the family at a sad time, but I would not recommend it.

Great property close to a lot of restaurants and a short drive to beaches and other attractions.

This was a great little hotel and the location was perfect. The only problem was the pool was not well-maintained and cloudy which reflected in the shower water afterwards so please attend to that and otherwise you have an absolutely fantastic location and hotel.

Place was ghetto as all get out. Ran down, breakfast was garbage, I will never go back. The only reason we stayed is because we couldn't get another room for under 600.00

Checked in at 9pm. After turning on the AC it still wasn't blowing cold at 11:30 so I called the front desk to see about another room. They said to call back after 2:30am. Room was 80° all night. Tv didn't work. The dresser which held the fridge was rotten from something leaking previously I assume.

The room smell like mold. You couldn’t take breakfast to your room or coffee

The floor in the room was very dirty. Issues with TV. They do not answer the front desk. If you have any questions in regard's to your stay, you have to walk into the front office to speak to anyone. I had realized I left something in the room and had to drive all the way back to the property because I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk.

I stayed there due to the flooding in South Florida and not being able to get home. The price point for the stay was good, however, the check-in process took longer than it should have as the staff was more concerned with talking socially to one another than to helping me check-in. Additionally, the pillows had not been laundered and smelled bad.

Comfortable room for a reasonable price, front desk staff was the best I've dealt with in a long time.

The front desk service was excellent. The king size room I payed for was horrible because it had a strong smoking smell. The front desk was extremely helpful to change rooms to a 2 full size room at no charge. Although the room was a non-smoking room, the condition of the room is not what I expected. it had a torn desk chair, rug needs to be replaced, tub floor is stained, and there was a roach the night before our check-out. This place has an excellent office staff but the condition of the rooms are definitely poor.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

I had a problem with an employee that came to ask me and my children what room we were stating in while trying to enjoy a day at the pool. I felt insulted that he didnt ask anyone else and there were other people at the pool. I felt embarrassed and pissed off. I will never stay there again. The breakfast staff was cool but i never felt comfortable there.
