Glenndy and Evelyn(?) From Mississippi, are the sweetest! very friendly each time we walked in. loved the indoor pool and hot tub. breakfast was great, cheese omelettes, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, bread, muffins. cracker barrel is right next door.

Free breakfast -no hot items except waffles during the week. Vending machine would not give change back and no assistance was provided to get money back. Asked for fresh towels but never got them. Bathroom was too small for handicap. Bathtub/shower creeped like it was going to break through the floor.

Perfect for families. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Friendly staff all around.

Close to Six Flags. The sink backed up and the fridge leaked. This was addressed immediately. Breakfast was basic, and ran out of eggs the 2nd day there. Other than that we had no problems. Basic stay.

The kids and I had a great stay, we felt safe the rooms were clean and the staff was great every persons working was nice and friendly. Will stay here again.

Staff was great!

I spent one day here and it was good for that one day. The hotel itself was kinda old looking and run down. They had a towel under a guest door, and from my experience working in a hospital that usually means bugs. Our room was nice, no bed bugs. However, the closest doorknob was broken and a nail was sticking out. I found that dangerous since i was traveling with kids. The room was equipped with enough towels which i liked and the tv was kinda fuzzy. The window was so dirty you couldn't look out of it to check your car. Overall, it's okay for a quick stay. I would not stay for days, just because of how old the hotel looks. 3 out of 10 for me.

It was close to the navy base

They don't clean rooms unless you all for it... so don't forget to ask.

The pool was amazing

The staff was amazing , it was clean and comfy. our tub had an issue they sent somone up right away and it was fixed very quickly. The dove soap and hair care products were a sweet surprise. Breakfast was very good but wish they had bacon or sausage the waffles were good though. the property is on a little creek or pond it’s gorgeous. all in all wonderful experience.

Mexican? group people made noise night and early morning like 6am. Highway noise come through my room unfortunately.

Love this hotel

I honestly felt like it was pretty rundown and needs updated. Cards did not work most of the time. The staff was absolutely wonderful is why I gave five stars.

You need have laundry detergent to buy, other than that, was a really good experience

It was a nice quick stay. The hotel had great amenities for our trip to six flags. The staff was wonderful and definitely appeared to be working hard non stop even late at night. Unfortunately we had major problems checking. 1st we got assigned to a room that ended up already being occupied by a group of women. Then after i we finally got moved to a new room we found it to have a different bed situation than what we paid extra for. After changing rooms a 3rd time we finally got into the correct room. But again, staff was clearly working very hard to satisfy other disgruntled guests and appeared to be short of help. They were kind and helpful.

Me and my familia we have a very good time great location anything that you think about food and stores the only thing they don’t have Spanish channels on the tv 😝

I may have given 5⭐️ across the board had it not been for two upsetting incidents that occurred the first night of a 3 1/2 day stay. Plus we realized we left something behind and asked for it to be mailed to us when I called to speak to mgt re: our stay three days ago. Now it’s the end of the workweek and I’ve heard crickets. It’s just not professional and I’m considering reaching out to the owner…

Staff was so nice.

I Love how friendly the staff is! the daily breakfast is great and the breakfast lady is really nice. the pool is great. always clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! very Kid friendly and pet friendly.

Front desk staff was amazing, but many kids running through the halls in inundating the pool. The entire ground floor was wet from all the kids running to and from the pool. Kids running through the hallways made it very noisy as well.

Nothing unique. O don't like paying$100 deposit. I know i left it on good shape 20th nothing missing, but will have no way to prove it if they make a false claim. That bothers me.

the kitchen staff and the front desk staff were very friendly,They helped with any question we had. I will definitely be Returning to this hotel in the future.The pool was abit small but perfect for my 3 little kids. Breakfast was amazing!

Clean

Everyone was great. Kids had fun at the pool and breakfast was good. The bathrooms in the room were okay and need to be redone. But beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

The stairs and hall ways were very dirty. The metal safety lock for the room door was not securely attached to the door frame.

Stayed here while visiting 6 Flags and was a very comfortable, clean place to stay! We have stayed 5 or 6 times and is always a nice place!

Furniture was ripped, outside of property was in disrepair, interior decor was antiquated, continental breakfast was on par, and staff was friendly; accommodating; and helpful. Beds were firm and comfortable.

As we arrived there were 3 people waiting to check in. No hotel associate was in view. We waited 20-30 minutes to check in. The room was not bad could’ve cleaned a lot better. We stripped the bed and found stains There were stains all over the mini fridge in the freezer section had brown stains. Also we weren’t allowed to ask for more towels only had 3 available which we stayed 2 nights 3 days. We booked this hotel for the pool hot tub and the WiFi use neither one were available. They had parties the hole time we were there. Also as we were going to check out our room upon after check in we went in the elevator which needs maintenance it was shaking as we went up. We were on the top floor which was the 4th. No longer did we feel safe going up and down that elevator we decided to use the stairs which was not an issue just wish they had an operable safe elevator. As we were checking out there were police and ambulances for hours even before we woke up and by the time we left we’re still there. There was a lot of cop presence and issues from day one as we arrived. This place is no longer a safe area and not a great place to stay. Overall not a good experience. The hotel needs to hire better people or train people to operate the front of the hotel and obviously with housekeeping.
