I liked the riverfront view and walk.

I was so impressed with the staff and services provided. There was remodeling getting done also. So don’t try the 15th floor and above yet unless they’re ready for you.

I liked it was super closed to INTRUST Bank Arena, liked we could order food and drinks there at the hotel.

Everything about this stay was great.

50 dollar fee for early check in was ridiculous, especially since there is nothing about it on their website or in their policies, which I actually read through. My room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking and the room was dusty/ not very clean. There were smudges all over the surfaces which I actually wiped myself with disinfectant wipes.

Not enough people at the front desk making line ups. The hostess at the restaurant was not nice or helpful, with a hint of arrogance…. We decided not to eat there.

Super friendly staff. Bartenders in the hotel bar are super. Highly recommend staying here.

We booked the room with river view, we were not given the room with river view. The staff promised to give us a discount on the room and free parking to make up for it. But I checked the receipt today, the staff did not lower the rate for the room without river view. We did got free parking. We felt the staff were not honest.

Accommodations were great! Beds we're comfy, plenty of toiletries, but not single use stuff, so that was good. Also, I had a view of the river which was beautiful!

My one night stay was perfect, every member of the staff I interacted with was helpful and cordial. One thing that made me very happy was the abundance (compared to other properties) of EV chargers and their fabulous location.

Nice room, quiet. Great location

The hotel is set just off the river and centrally located. I travelled here with my 3 young sons (and no husband) and immediately felt safe once we parked in the attached secure parking garage. The hotel is exceptionally clean, which was impressive considering its size. The hotel bar and restaurant were accommodating and delicious! The Starbucks bar was comforting and the snacks were just what we needed! The pool was a bit loud (but kids will be kids) and when it was empty, it was serene. I misplaced an expensive item, and the hotel security went ABOVE AND BEYOND any expectation we had of attempting to recover it. We are usually Hilton guests, but this stay and more specifically the attentiveness of Donnie Watson, have honestly made me a Hyatt guest for life! Great staff, great hotel… it really does matter where you stay! 10/10 recommend this place

Everything was good with this 4 night stay except the hot water in shower was scalding hot..you had to run the water for like 15-20 min before it was bearable. The breakfast was on point and staff was 5 stars! Pillows and bed was nice.

Front desk staff at check in was no help, didn’t advise where to park on the parking deck, no signs were up for the elevators , had to ask, did not advise which breakfast was covered in my booking, the restaurant or the bread bar, didn’t even say what room number we were in, just read it on the key card. So not a great way to start an overpriced stay just because of Riverfest

The security during Riverfest was very helpful and accommodating

From the time we arrived the entire staff was very friendly and informative as to where everything was. My kids really enjoyed it. The food from the restaurant was amazing.

Frustrating that we couldn’t check in at 2pm without being charged $50 for early check in. We were in room 608. It needs some maintenance attention. The closet door doesn’t have a stop on it and has obviously been pushed too far-there is a broken trip piece hanging by the closet door. The bathroom counter looks dirty. It isn’t, and it’s just chips and scratches in the top of the vanity, but it doesn’t look good. My biggest complaint was that the chair by the table had a sharp nail sticking out of the very top of the arm. When I walked by it, it totally ripped and ruined the pants I was wearing. It was very very sharp. I smashed the heck out of it with the remote so it wouldn’t hurt me again, but that really sucked
