The room is like brand new. The bed is very comfortable and everything is clean. Our room is overlooking the river and the restaurant. The beautiful, lit bridge takes you to the restaurant, just a walk away over the river. Highly recommend.

It was a nice stay in a great location

Beautiful river property with lovely views. The rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and very welcoming.

Checking I asked for a quiet room as we are celebrating our Anniversary. The room was perfect at first. We noticed there was 2 lights on the balcony that didn’t work. I called down to the office asking for help. Had to leave a message. Never heard back from them. The next morning my husband walked over asking again and they said they would send some one over. Left for the day, came back still no lights so once again we couldn’t sit outside. Now, we have a neighbor in the adjoining room with a dog left unattended that was barking and whining extremely loud. Called again, no answer. Left another message. Messaged the hotel on this app and received a phone call back saying they would send someone to fix the light and find who owns the dog. The light was fixed an hour later and the dog never stopped. The maintenance guy could hear it in the hallway. Went to bed at 10 and it still had not stopped. So much for a quiet romantic night. Very dissatisfied with our stay and a waste of a trip.

Beautiful view on the river

Lovely location right on the river with easy driving access to downtown and other areas of Bend. Room was clean and very large, but they’re having issues with cigarette smokers in the rooms - the hallways smelled terrible!

We were booked into a handicapped room and the person getting us our room said this was done through hotels dot com. If this the case it is completely wrong if not please explain why we would be told this

The hotel was great. We had to leave a day early due to smoke in the area. The folks at the checkout desk said I had to work with Hotels.com to obtain a refund

Told was to be river view but was parking lot view building room location instructions were vague Otherwise bueno

My daughter & I were there to celebrate her 13th birthday We enjoyed ourselves very much! We loved the pool & hot tub for relaxing at night We ate outside when we 1st arrived & loved it they sat us right by the river on your patio & we had brunch there to Enjoyed our stay very much it was our 1st time there

Lovely place to stay!!

We were put in a room where construction was going on below and Nextdoor we had to listen to hammering and drilling all day long. Since we had already unpack and had put all of our clothes away we really didn’t want to move. We were told no reduction in price because we booked with Expedia ?????

I was very pleased with the whole resort. River is a terrific highlight for breakfast or dinner meal. Movies in the pool for fun Food was great as well I will return.

Cons: Floor was sticky Screen door wouldn’t close/lock Air conditioning kept shutting off Outlet for fridge didn’t work Windows were paper thin Could hear every foot step from people above Smelled like an old hotel Bedding was terrible

I like many things about Riverhouse. The sitting areas around the river were awesome. Not having any type of lift or elevator for the building I was housed in, a big negative. I don't mind stairs with no luggage, but lugging stuff up two flights at age 66 is a drag.

We love this hotel. Will definitely be back again!

This Lodge is beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable, the river right outside our room was very relaxing. I don’t enjoy giving negative reviews but our check in time was 4pm, we arrived at 4pm and were told our room was not ready. An hour and a half later we were told our room still wasn’t ready… We had to check our bags and go straight to our concert without having any time to relax or get ready. An hour and a half delay past scheduled check in is unacceptable and I would not recommend staying here until management resolves this issue.

Great location for our purpose. Meals we very good so no need to leave unless you want to. Loved listening to the river outside our room.

Great stay friendly people at desk . Room was very nice. Clean well kept. Restaurant ambiance was terrific. Food was slighly underwhelming for the price but im judging that from portland experiences. I would stay here again.

Checking in was a bit of a problem we didn't get into our room until 6 pm which wasn't convenient for our plans that evening. But the rooms were great and the fire pit on the river was great!

Property was dated, service was slow and not competent.

Delightful room with enchanting touches in decor. Loved the lavender soap bar. Two big pools and a hot tub. Unfortunately, the beds are hard as rocks and couldn't sleep at all. Also, there was construction that made it very difficult to get upstairs. We ate at the on-site restaurant twice and both times the host ignored us and it took an extraordinary amount of time to be seated.

When we arrived, we were told that house keeping was behind, and check-in was going to be late by over an hour. That was frustrating, since we were meeting people for dinner at their Currents restaurant, and would not have time to freshen up or change clothes after our long day of travel. Then, we were told that the type of room we had reserved was not available. Really? What is the purpose of a reservation if the room is not RESERVED? Disappointed, I then asked if we could reserve a table by the river for the dinner that we were now going to be late for. We were told that was not at all possible as guests were seated on a first come, first serve basis only. I requested that given the inconvenience of late check in, and the mistake of not having the reserved class of room, could they possibly be able to make an exception and hold us a table by the river? Nope....not possible. Hannah the manager tried to make it right, and she upgraded us without additional charge, but it never really worked out. The check-in process was quite painful, chaotic, and frustrating. The dinner (NOT at a table by the river) was delicious though. The ribs were some of the best that I have ever had. But, in fairness, I must say that every staff with whom I had an encounter were very polite and professional. From the restaurant workers, to the front desk, to the maid staff, each individual was wonderful. I would return though and hope that the checkin and room process is improved.
