they are almost always accommodating my particular needs/reqests.
the room hadn't been thoroughly gone over by housekeeping. plastic from used cups were left and the cups and other utensils were not there. Also, every time the TV was turned off when I would try and turn it on and it wouldn't connect. So I would have to call for staff to bring in their remote to reprogram.

Some of the molding was lifted up. Beds were kinda hard but that is a personal opinion

Cockroaches. We started seeing them around 7pm. We killed one and photographed two others. We were too exhausted to find another motel. We put our belongings in the car, spent the night with all the lights on, and left without using the shower. The front desk claimed to be unaware of the infestation.

Easy access, friendly check in.
Room was loud, beds not comfortable, room not very clean (hair, residue on surfaces, floors not clean). Door did not shut unless you slammed it. When we returned at the end of the day, our door was left open by housekeeping. Breakfast should be served until 10 at least.

The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of storage space (shelves, two nightstands, clothing hanging area). There was refrigerator in the room. Plenty of towels. I requested room service every 2 or 3 days since I was there for 11 nights and 12 days. Maid staff was friendly as was the check in staff.
No shampoo. The motel is next to a gentlemen's club (Stars Cabaret), commercial equipment (PRO Rentals and Sales), and homeless shelter/food program (Shepherd's House Ministries) so it was noisy in the evenings and there were several nights I woke up every 2 to 3 hours do to noise. Overall, I felt safe walking during daylight (until 8:30pm) but was a little nervous walking alone at night. Next time, I stay I will see if I can request other side of hotel.

The location is near where I needed to go. Otherwise it’s a little sketchy. I like the new furniture and decor. I hope it stays in decent condition for a while. I’m glad pets are welcome.
The pool tiles could use a good cleaning. Was a little cloudy too.

Toilet was loose and the wall under the window had urine on it and it didn't have a coffee pot.

nice location. nice motel 6. everything I expected. only problem was that I couldn’t figure out the TV. 2 different controls. I got one movie to watch and couldn’t get back to it when I looked for different stations not a big deal I was very happy with the room and staff!

Staff was very friendly and they're very pet friendly! The space of the room was good as well!
The broken glass from what I assume was remodeling happening. I was worried my dog might get glass in his paw. Apart from that everything was fine.
