The location of the hotel was perfect for us! We paid for rooms facing the river and the views from our rooms were beautiful! The Old Mill district area is wonderful and we easily walked to the river, restaurants, shopping and trails. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable and welcoming. Our rooms were great! Beds were very comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We were booked for three nights stay and on the first night of our stay, we were bothered by the noise of a busy, running child in the room above ours. In addition, the microwave and fridge in this particular room were not working properly. We notified the front desk and requested a room change for the remainder of our stay. The front desk employee was very understanding and we’re able to successfully assign us to a different room on the top floor. Issue solved quickly!

Location and cleanliness. Right next to our venue. Staff was very nice! Good location for shopping and food and activities. View was nice. Price was competitive for comparable hotels in the area. Sums it up.

The air conditioner in the room didn’t work so the room was hotter in the evening than it was at the time of our arrival. It was late when we returned. Too late to change rooms and the front desk said they could not offer a discount because booked through a third party (booking.com)

The place was incredibly clean. Almost too clean, if that's possible.

The bed was too hard. And the ac/heater.fan could not be turned off. Very noisy for sleeping.

The shower head was blocked by scale and needs changing. Only a slow trickle of water. They love paper cups. I think they over ordered during Covid. Paper cups for jouce and coffee The breakfast is the worst I have seen. Basic. Basic. Received 2 messages from the Hilton group to wear masks. Hotel manager denies it came from them. Blamed Booking.com

Great Location. Walk to the river and Mill Shops... you can actually walk to Old Bend too. Good running path along river.

Mattresses - soft and unsupportive. Could not stay here again just because of this. Sad... cause we liked everything else. Strange - our room (340) was huge but felt to be missing furniture. there was this massive empty space which made it all feel strange. Felt like it was built to have a couch and coffee table but there was just a single chair in a massive open 13'x13' space.

Gorgeous hotel, great location, good staff. One bit of advice. Front desk told me there was no reservation in my name when I called to confirm even though I had received a confirmation HGI email. Very frustrating. My reservation was made with Booking.com and their support team worked it out with HGI — but it took precious time out of a very busy travel day. If you book here through a 3rd party, make sure to confirm your room well in advance. If there is any issue, you probably want to speak with the manager.

Excellent location! We did not need to use our car during our stay. There were plenty of stores and restaurants available and within walking distance. The hotel offers delicious breakfast -continental or a la carte- for a fee! I would definitely stay again.
