When we finally found some staff they were personable and nice. The bed was comfortable .

Had to wait ~12 minutes for the desk staff to show up. There were 3 couples in the lobby. The shower dripped all nite long. There was no table and chairs in the apparently designated area of the room. There was 1 lounge chair and a very small, uncomfortable desk chair. The in-room coffee was horrible. There us no elevator or assistance nor could we get an ada room on the ground floor.

Location was good for my trip. Very clean. Didn’t try the breakfast but nephew said it was good.

Lack of room service is absolute BS. I had to go the the front desk 2 days in a row. 2 people in our room, 3 towels. Come on. If you can’t afford to pay people to clean the rooms then you shouldn’t be open. My rate of over $600 for 3 nights should have covered at least 2 people. Plastic toilet handle was broken. Driveway entry to parking lot needs serious work. About bottomed out every time I went in and out

Breakfast was very good- scrambled eggs would be a great addition.The room was comfortable and clean.

We got the king suite and loved the big tub.

We found dog food on the floor by the bed and the chairs were sticky. I was also put off when I was asked for $160 cash at check in because I was local.

The room appeared clean

The breakfast room was a degree above freezing. Every table needed to be cleaned, floor and counter tops were very filthy. The breakfast (eggs and sausage) was cold and their wasn't any plasticeware. I had to walk around the hotel looking for someone to get us forks and knives.

Dutch Bros was across the road.

everything. First the room as still dirty. Hair in the bed and the fridge. Went to the front desk to ask for another room and was offered a different one. ok so far so good, until the closet had dirty towels in it and hangers on the floor. Went back to the front desk and she was so rude and argumentative! I guess we complained to much for a clean room. She had no help, no other staff and no manager until Monday. So we asked if she could clean the room and we would stay since we paid and she wasn’t offering any discount or refund. She didn’t clean it, we did with our own Clorox wipes we had. So after all the arguments she had for us, we were tired, hungry and just wanted to rest. We got new sheets and pillowcases. Taking the old cases off was gross. Pillows were yellow. Gag. They were so floppy you needed at least 2 to be normal. Then one bed had no comforter. She finally brought us a new one. The sitting chair was cat scratched up the legs and the office chair was broken. For 134.00 a night with tax, this was awful. Next day breakfast… well if you didn’t get there before 9 most grab n go was gone. It closed at 10. Not staying again. Go somewhere else for $15 more a night which is a better deal. Wanted to relax in the hot tub and kids in the pool, but scared it wasn’t clean if the two rooms she put us in were dirty. Such a big bummer for Mother’s Day weekend. I would post pictures but they weren’t taken on my phone unfortunately. But just visualize it.

I like that I am able to bring my dog to the hotel and the staff was very kind!

Didn’t get a chance to check out the property because they cancelled our reservation because they overbooked.

The staff only offered a cancellation letter, didn’t try to help with getting another reservation or comp for their mistake. we drove a couple hundred miles and were tired. We did fortunately find another hotel.

Good price, and a great pet relief area out side.

Super noisy, my room was at the end of the hallway and I could hear all the noise in the hallway, stairwell, etc. It made my small dog scared.

It was the most affordable lodging with a pool and spa.

The bar sink leaked. We used a wash cloth to keep it quiet. The blankets were thin, basically just sheets. The breakfast was mediocre. The powdered eggs were terrible. The front desk allowed people to parked out front and blocked the driveway to the parking lot.

The children loved the pool and hot tub

My daughter had a earing get stuck in her foot while in the swimming area the next day another guests child had something injure them causing them to bleed as well. Floors in the pool are could be checked more

It was very clean and cozy. We liked the indoor pool as well.

very clean.. staff was so nice! one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve even slept in. bathroom products were name brand!
