Just an okay experience! Won’t stay again!

Room 314 has a large depression/sag in the mattress, making sleeping very uncomfortable. The mattress needs replaced immediately! The shower drain does not drain and you have to stand in a deep pool of water. The hallway carpet was in need of a good vacuuming. The whole place seemed like it was in need of a good cleaning and some repairs. We stayed here last year and can see a major difference. We won’t stay in this location again. Holiday Inn is usually our go to chain of hotels but this one is not recommended.

We liked everything except the bath tub was very slow to drain. We only stayed here one night, found it on the morning we were leaving. We informed the desk clerk when we checked out. Otherwise, everything was great. This was the 2nd time we stayed here.

Ceiling in bathroom was dirty maybe had mold. Broken uneven floor tiles that were very dirty bottom of slippers turned black and have only ever been in the room. Breakfast was good lobby area was good

This was second time we stayed at this hotel and i’m sure we will be back atleast once a year, we specified we wanted the same room as last year and they gave it to us, very friendly staff great breakfast and easy access to the highway

The first day we got there the AC was broken and we needed to get it fixed. The bed sunk in the middle and hurt our backs. The pillows were horrible. When we checked in the staff didn’t tell us there was a hot breakfast available in the morning and the first day we went for breakfast. Extremely disappointed about the lack of communication there.

Stayed with our family for a week while sightseeing. Hotel is better than I expected. Good for families. Pool was great for kids but pool area was too hot and humid. Free breakfast was good

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Good breakfast options. Wish handicap room was on first floor but it was by an elevator. No microwave in room would have been nice.

Overall, great stay! Only one small issue. The first room we got had bugs (dead & alive) on the floors and there were some glasses that were left in plain sight. Just seemed like maybe the room hadn’t been touched in a while. However, I called the front desk to request a new room and they took care of us immediately! Also, my husband left his prescription glasses in the room. We were already on the road home when we realized. I called the hotel and they had been turned in from housekeeping. Sent them a shipping label and they are going to send them back to us in Wyoming. Very thankful!

Hotel close to highway, with shopping and restaurant options. The main reason to stay here, in my opinion, is to be close to the highway. Good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. Clean room. Would stay here again.

This hotel is older, our first floor room smelled vaguely like smoke. There was a Cheeto colored mark on our bedspread. The bed was clean other than that, shower was nice, beds were a little rickety but comfortable. Lots of pillows. We didn’t get to have breakfast but it looked really good. Overall it was an ok hotel. For the price we might have expected something a little nicer but there was nothing extra off putting about the hotel.

Almost every bath towel we had over four nights had a LARGE brown stain. Yuck!

The hot tub did not work. We told them and the front desk people did not care. I paid for a hot tub room. And the hot tub did not work. It would be nice if i could get somewhat of a reimbursement since i paid for a hot tub room
