Wasn't too happy to see a dog in the entrance upon arrival. The receptionist was nice. The room was very small compared to other suites I've stayed in. The hotel itself had a sort of an old building smell even in the room. The location is hard to find due to it being behind another business. The stay wasn't that bad but I would not make this a choice of mine in the future.

one night stay, to visit friends in town. good comfortable bed, room, etc. a bit noisy (traffic) in the morning (around 8 or 9) but I covered my head with a pillow and went back to sleep.

Good enough for the price. Hot tub and pool same cold temp. Clientele are loud in hallways. Doors slam shut. Room nice, clean. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. We will stay here again

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean too. The hotel is a little older but its been renovated. Quite honestly for my son and I, it was fine but had my daughter been with us she would have felt it wasn't up to her standards. I went to the Houston area with my 23 year old son as he wanted to check out a flying school in Conroe to further his flying career. The location is a very good location. Plenty of businesses around. There were two things my son commented on. The first is the room darkening shades are excellent. You really can't see any light from outside which is great for a good night's sleep. The second point he noticed,which was really odd, is there were two wrecked cars parked in the parking lot which were there the entire time we stayed. I thought this was really odd as well. The property is clean therefore those two wrecked vehicles were really out of place and I'm not sure why management didn't have them removed.

Having just left a Comfort Inn, Memphis, we rebooked CI for our Houston stay. Check in staff (evening 09/08) helpful. This hotel does not meet the same standards as other CI. Basic breakfast, breads, waffle, cereal, eggs (not as pictured on Expedia). Pool only has 3 sun beds, hot tub didn’t work, pool is smaller than pictured, floating cigarettes in it. Bedroom is modern, clean but filthy microwave and bathroom lights didn’t work. Hotel located next to noisy highway, better hotels in area for similar price.

It was very nice stay. You could tell it was well used, but definitely could use a refresh of certain things like the elevator. There was no denying the room was clean, because I was almost knocked over with the smell of bleach when we entered the room. Not upset by it…I want a clean room, but wow it was strong. Other than that, comfortable room, no wash cloths in the bathroom, super tiny shampoo and conditioner…so bring your own, and the doors are paper thin. I got off the elevator at one point and heard my spouse sneeze in the room. He was at the other end of the building with the door closed, and didn’t sneeze very loud either.

Everything was great except there was no blow dryer in the room and there could be better amenities, like face and hair products.

Building smells bad, leak in breakfast area. Carpet really dirty & old. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

Comfortable and relaxing. a beautiful pond with a fountain behind hotel and a cemented walkway all around the pond. Well lit with seating areas. We missed breakfast. But there was every restaurant or food chain you could possibly desire within driving distance.

Stayed there because of a concert we attended in the woodlands. It was a very nice and clean stay. Would stay there again. The man, I think his name was Greg, was super nice, that works the front desk.

It is a quiet location, but it is located behind a restaurant, and that was a little confusing when trying to find the hotel. Since it is on a frontage road if you miss the entrance because of the confusion you have to go all the way around. Other than that it was good over all.

The property is understaffed and out dated

My bed sheets were covered in blood and pubic hairs. Bathroom was not cleaned. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk, I was handed bedding so I could make the bed. At check out, the manager gave me fake points on a choice comfort card to make me go away. I would provide pictures but that isn’t an option of course

It appears that they are trying to update the facility but yet, it’s still pretty bad. Also, the parking lot is terrible. Barely enough parking spots and no where to turn around.

It was ok clean a little outdated. Bed sleeped good. Tv just basic cable . Ac was aito so it keep cutting off.

Very nice stay for the money. Clean and comfortable. A/C was not great, but kept uf comfortable enough.

It was a weekend trip. Room smelled fresh. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the pillows. Stayed past 12pm. N the cleaning lady didnt bother us to rush check out! Loved it!

I have stayed at this property > 5 times. Just consistent. Staff on top of the details (...and it's the details that can make or break a property!). Family friendly. Guests are respectful. Even though it is close ti interstate, it is set back enough that I have never been bothered with highway noise. I will continue to make it my goto stay in The Woodlands.

The property itself was good the swimming pool was small. It was difficult to get to the property. You have to go through Mia’s table parking lot to get to the hotel

some construction behind the facilty so view was not good but temporary and did not cgange opinion of facility
