New furniture but bath tub drain wouldn’t drain. Also, no daily housekeeping service. Only one set of towels in room

Dirty! Roaches! Awful! Everything was just bad! Breakfast was no good.

room was not made up for 3 days.

This booking was a total fraud, I booked the hotel off of the pictures that were entered for Hotels.com. This hotel is a mess should not even be on Hotels.com if I wanted to stay at Motel six, I would’ve picked red roof in and paid half the amount I paid here. This was such a disappointment. I’m pulling up to the hotel the hotel lobby, which is pictured on motels.com. When you get there the hotel lobby is closed and as being used as storage, they move the hotel lobby to a room. My son was pissed off at me because I Booked this room this hotel sucks. He’s like we’re not dare even touching the breakfast. We had to stay cause they already paid the $136 which is it was a total rip off this place needs to be condemned broken wall and bathroom refrigerator freezer frozen all over Gap under door letting bugs in stains on bed both beds. This place is nasty. I feel sorry for the two people that had to work there. They don’t deserve this. The owner should be ashamed. I will never stay at another days inn ever again. Room air not turned on for my arrival, room smelled moist, lights in parking lot do not work very scary place days inn should be ashamed to have their name on this place. I feel like they stuck their hand in my pocket and took my $136 and I didn’t get what I was promised because nothing matched the pictures which I shopped for the hotel Hotels.com, this was a total bait and switch.

Room was not clean. Grounds were not clean. Whole property very grimy and run down. Would not stay again.

Had to be moved to a different room. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Very dirty. Won’t be back.

We were left without coffee, shampoo and conditioner and our towels were dirty. However we were close to alot of food and shopping locations.

Room was clean, but very minimal, not updated. Mattresses and pillows didn't match quality/thickness between beds. Overall the hotel appeared to have degraded substantially from when i stayed there two - three years ago, appeared to have live in residents. That said, the staff and owners were very friendly and helpful addressing our concerns.

We made a reservations through hotels.com. We got the hotel and were told that they were double booked and sent us to a hotel down the street. When we got to the hotel down down the street they didn't know anything about us and we're going to charge us $40 more than we had paid for our reserved hotel through hotels.com. We went back to the original hotel they called the owner and said it had been fixed. We went back to the second hotel and they finally after 10 or 15 minutes gave us a room at the same price. This was very frustrating after we had made the reservations through hotels.com.

Room was not cleaned upon arrival. Also was told they are understaffed so there will not be any cleaning/new towels provided for the room. Rooms very dated with floor coming up and cracks in the walls.

This place was the scariest hotel I’ve been to.. There were people leaning in the door jam smoking. One guy was almost falling out of his chair drunk.. Men pacing up and down the outside of the rooms. Scary!!

The room smelled of smoke. The bed had a pink stain on top of the sheets. I was given a handicap room, the shower head was about 5 foot high. Veteran, I’ve slept in much worse.

Trashy looking place inside and out.

I want to note that the guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful. But when we walked into our suite we were hit with an overwhelming smell from a scented plug-in. We took it out of the wall only to discover that it had been masking the smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was run-down as well and the floor felt gritty in places. We stay d here to travel on the cheap but we should have just spent the money.

Stayed in the same room 5 years ago. Reported an issue with the door then. Their fix was to remove a hinge. Urine stain on sheets. Complained, they gave me new sheets. Towels were stained and dirty, they didn't have any ready to replace. Handicap shower missing mount for non-handicap people. Had to squat to shampoo hair. Breakfast options were cereal, waffles, bananas and bad coffee. Were told the rooms had been renovated. Not the one we were in. Terrible experience, not coming back.

Put in room right across from noisy washer/dryer that was used into late evening. Room was not furnished right for two people. No hand towels, only one bath towel and wash cloth. Mirror filthy. Desk top also filthy--foreign sticky substance. Trash on floor right outside of our door. I have pictures if you would like to see them. Had made reservation several days in advance, so there was ample time to prep room. Owner was not in office when we left about 8:30 so clerk could not adjust fees. I think we should get total refund. It was a nightmare

Blood droplets or some other similar looking splatter in the tub basin. Shower head detached from wall. Toilet was not clean upon arrival, trash can next to door wasnt changed as it had used condoms and wrappers in it still. No towels or rags to use had to go to office to get them i initially and then when i needed new ones. Just all around a horrible stay and i was booked 5 nights. They better be lucky it was non refundable or i definitely absolutely would not have stayed the first night let alone 4 additional nights. SMH

This place is disgusting. It needs some serious TLC

This place was terrible. The floor was filthy and made my feet black. The diverter in the bathtub didn't work, so you couldn't take a shower just a bath. I picked up the phone to call the front desk, but the phone didn't work. I called on my cell and they sent a very nice lady who, with the help of a can of lithium grease, freed the diverter enough to get a half assed, low pressure shower. She told me the property was being remodeled and they hadn't gotten to my room yet. That seems to be common these days with hotels. The work that had been done was shoddy at best. The wall paint looked like an Earl Scheib paint job. The new flooring was just flopped down and not trimmed to fit The staff was very nice and did the best they could with what little they had. I wouldn't stay here again.
