Clean and well maintained

room smelled stale, shower floor was very slippery, no hand hold bars for safety, bed was comfortable.

Property was very dated and not in very good condition. Ice machine broken, tv and cable were unhooked and had to call for assistance but phone was also disconnected from wall jack.

I have back problems and the bedding did not work well for me. Ms. Patel was a gracious host and otherwise we were fine there.

Property is clean but outdated. Poorly maintained property.

Dry old. Windows and doors so old there are gaps a snake could crawl through. Very noisy because of traffic and paper thin walls. Got up to shower and didn’t have hot water. Was informed on checkout that the fixtures were upgraded but never tested. Manager decided to argue with me. I wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend the property.

Hey, for the price the place was great. The staff was super nice and the rooms were clean for what they are. Rooms were a little dark but that’s why you are there. Showers are a little small but again, for the price they were fine

Place was clean, but walls are paper thin. You can hear neighbors talking. And the traffic from the road is very loud!! Windows really need replacing

Our room was complete trash. The walls were stained the floor uneven. Mildew smell. I turned the heat on one night and it smelt as if it were going to light on fire. The door had to be slammed to close. The curtains were broken and barely closed.

It was dirty it had mold in the showers the towels where dirty the bed sheets where smelly with stains

For the amount of money you should at least get a coffee maker in the room since the office does not open until 8am. Just luke warm water to shower.

Room smelled really bad. Bathroom/shower was tiny. Bed was very hard. TV had a solid black line down the screen and the remote didn't work.

Friendly staff, just an older motel. They are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Smells smoky and musty. Dingy sheets, molded shower curtain.

We were told we would have free continental breakfast. We didn’t and it was still on the web. I called the desk and she was no help. Very rude and said they had coffee and juice. I specifically asked about the breakfast for two in the comments at the time of reservation. We were not advised at any time there was no food. We didn’t have any cups in the bathroom.

Our door handle was loose and it was hard to get in room. Someone knocked then tried to open door at 7am. I don’t think I would stay there again.

3 nights in this hotel no heat in the room. I was not given another room. I was given a space heater. Really? Not acceptable.

Bed was hard and pillows were wore out

I decided to stay here because it was only 77 dollars a night and only 20 minutes from Cherokee. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. We stayed in room 15. First the pros… refrigerator and microwave. Also no stairs all floors on the ground some with a chair outside you can sit in. The cons. Well here is just a few.. TV had lines running through it didn’t block vision bad but first time I’ve ever seen that Towels and wash cloths were white with brown stains. Light switch was broken fan was noisy and loud. No free breakfast just free coffee and juice which I didn’t try because bojangles was just right up the road. Pillows were gross and flat. In conclusion, I’d stay here again because it was cheap. If it’s just you and a friend that really don’t care as long as it’s cheap… I’d stay here. At 77 a night it was way cheaper than anywhere I saw in Cherokee. However you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t bring my wife here because she booshzie as hell. If you have a wife like that take her to the super 8 in Cherokee.

I loved the staff. My only one complaint is that there were ring marks left on the nightstand from previous occupants. Which means it wasnt properly cleaned prior to my arrival. With us being in covid times, i feel that proper cleaning is A MUST!

The hotel is located in a peaceful valley surrounded by mountains, and is still close to town. It was very beautiful and peaceful in the morning. The room was surprisingly large too. The staff was friendly and the service was great. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing like the county police waking you up in the middle of the night banging on the neighbors door and serving them a warrant. Walls are paper thin so it kept us up all night. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. It was clean but very old. I’ve stayed in nicer places for a lot cheaper. And the breakfast was a joke.

Very clean and great staff. We felt welcomed. Comfortable bed and great restaurant right across the street.

I booked a room, went to my room and it wasn't what I had booked. They moved us down 3 rooms which wasn't what we had booked, but at least had a tub. When trying to turn the hot water on nothing happens. Manager came and looked at it, was rude but told me I would get a refund that hasn't happened yet. Save yourself the trouble, and look past this place.

Nice budget hotel. Fair price, friendly staff. Rooms were clean.
